"They may not be Uruk-hai," Meleth pointed out to Dernhelm. "If the tracks are as Anarane says I very much doubt that they are the marks of Uruks."
She looked over at Anarane. "Very well, thank you - I seem to be recovering at an unusual rate indeed." Then she turned to Cala, raising an eyebrow. "Do you know something of what has been disturbing the border guards?"

Mirima emerged silently from the foliage just as Dernhelm and Anarane were talking about tracks. She had not needed sleep, and had sought answers from the stars for several hours before returning. Approaching Meleth, she spoke softly, "I hope you feel better this morning, although I could do little for your arm." She smiled almost sadly, a cloud over her thoughts. There was much happening away from these events, and it was a struggle to focus on anything else.

Eventually we decide to go to Dernhelm's outpost so Meleth can get medicine. Right now we're sleeping. Most of us, anyway. Any questions?
That's what I told Nauriel, I think it was, when she came back and we'd posted 12 pages  Bad us. *smacks self* 
Meleth watched them go, then wandered into the forest a little. I wonder if Minuial is still around... she thought, then whistled. Nothing happened for a long time. Then a palomino mare poked her head through a bush and snorted inquiringly. Meleth laughed.
She pulled herself onto Minuial bareback, using mostly her uninjured arm, and followed Cala, very curious. _________________
