Parmatur awoke from his staring trance: "You should probably eat something, for all the cordial you've had. Let us proceed to the banquet table." He stood and gave her his hand to help her up. Morwen rose unsteadily to her feet, not saying anything. Parmatur continued: "Now, as the Lady's guest, you will be close to the head of the table. You must sit down before I do." Morwen nodded. SHe hated protocol, regardless if it was Human or Elven. To he relief, an elf came to help her find her place, and Parmatur sat next to her. Morwen finally spoke, "Can you tell me what some of them are saying?" Parmatur let out a pleasant, tinkly laugh. "I'll try, but in this atmosphere it will likely only make sense to the speakers." He translated what a nearby couple was saying, and he was aboslutely correct. "Well, then, you must translate when someone is speaking to me!" Morwen laughed. Other elves were eating, so she began to tenatively help herself to some of the nearby dishes, with Parmatur's advice on complemetary tastes. Morwen looked around, wondering where Deawen and Sen were. She saw they were talking across the hall, so she decided to let it alone and enjoy her company.

(Just letting you know I'm still here. :bye2: )

Deawen couldn't help her sudden defense and slight show of anger at being put on a pedistool. Astonishment at Sen's contridiction.
" You fear for my safety and welbeing yet you wish to send me to harms way!' Deawen exclaimed " you know well as i Maleon is not one to take head on! if this was a great general of sauron's I would not worry and I would fight by your side...but against one that bears the same curse as you it is folly" as she spoke a new thought came to mind because she and Sen had the same curse as Maleon they could stand a chance ' i don't have the control I can hardly use simple fire without exausting myself" Deawen remarked " and what if i am captured again!? or You killed what then my lord Sen? do you think Maleon will let me slip through his fingers again? " Deawen fear worry and concern flooded Deawen's voice she couldn't hold back tears that now streamed her face.

Drad watched this tag along with much interest he seemed fimilar but Drad couldn't place his finger on who it could possibly be. The lad was very graceful in movement and didn't seem to like getting dirty a feminen trait that kept nagging at him. He reminded him alot of Deawen, Deawen loved battle but being dirty was a diffirent sort.

Deawen suddenly longed for peace for the first time in her life she wanted no war no battles to prepare for no death or hurt just bliss. A feeling she had longed surpressed had broken free and like a dam breaking a new feeling flooded her thoughts she wanted to live somewhere quiet have a family and be a woman, not the warrioress she had become but the loving, caring girl underneath all the armor swords and daggers.

*Sen stood there for a second, calmly taking in Deawen's rant. Once she had gone quiet, he replied.*
Then all is lost, and Maleon and Sauron have won.
*He began to walk away, in the opposite direction of the banquet. If he was killed, and she was captured, then indeed there was little hope left for Middle Earth; if Maleon joined Sauron, then all their struggles would have been for naught. All their sacrifices...*

Deawen sat for a moment slightly stunned she bit her nails in thought.she wiped away her tears and dashed after Sen once she was close enough she grabbed ahold of his hand and skidded in front of him forcing him to stop. " why do you dispair?" Deawen asked it was her turn to send her emotions through him. her medallion flashed reflecting her anger and fear." you will let them walk right into middle earth and take all they can....all that you hold dear with no fight? How can you...." Deawen stopped short and relised she was explaining herself. she half closed her eyes in meditation a deep sigh flowed steadily before she opened them again. " You won...I surrender this battle...If you want me to fight I will fight but the phantoms have to agree to fight..."Deawen said with some difficulty

*Sen hung his head, a tear running down his face.*
This is not how it is supposed to be.
*Sen turned to Deawen, and took her hands in his.*
I would want you to walk with me to the end, if we face Maleon and Sauron and all their forces alone. Yet I would want for you to do it of your own will, and not mine. I only despair when good is turned from its course.

Deawen sighed " when you are in a position like i am you have no free will" Deawen said, " Do you think that I would let you bully me around? This is my will just with influence.." Deawen laughed slighty she couldn't think of anything else to say. She rested her head on his shoulder just under his chin. " I would rather die with you than alone I promise you that" Deawen sighed again.

Morwen was poked awake by Parmatur. "Morwen! Wake up! Do you find our parties that boring?" She sat up grogily, rubbing the heel of her palm into her eye. "No, I find your drinks a bit too potent. I think, if you will excuse me, freond Parmatur, I will drag myself up the stairs to my quarters. I've had a lovely evening." As she stood, Parmatur stood also and held out his hand. She just looked at it, a bit confused. "Ah, yes, well. Gondorian custom: you grab my forearm, I grab yours. It is a greeting and farewell gesture." Morwen smiled at his bookish answer. She did as he asked and went to the grand staircase that wrapped its way down the tree. She waited for a few elves to pass, and then headed down, rather than up to her bower.

(Dun, dun, duh...)

Morwen went to the courtyard where the Mirror resided and sat on a stone bench, resting forward with her elbows on her knees. She wanted to look, but a strange sense of foreboding. The moon was shining in patches through the canopy down to the ground. The world had turned fuzzy. Morwen wasn't sure if it was the wine or the magic of this place. She began to see shapes drift past her eyes: her dead father, dead brother, the mother she had never really met, fallen comrades, the dead boy from her village that had been killed by a wandering warg, Grima, Theoden, Theodred, Eowyn, Frela, the orc who had scarred her shoulder, the men she had killed, all characters from her past and present life, in no particular order. She blinked and they were gone. She sat up straight and looked around. The edges of everything had gone soft and blurry. She decided it was time for her to sleep. She stood and ascended back up the stairs, oblivious of the hidden eyes watching her.

*Sen was slightly suprised by this show of affection, though it was not unwelcome. Unsure of what to do, he placed his arms around her shoulders.*
That is good to hear, Deawen.
*After a short while, Sen let go, and spoke again.*
Come, we should be getting back. There is a long day ahead of us tomorrow.
*Sen began to walk away, but paused and turned.*
Thank you, Deawen.

(no more drink for you morwen.. Mwhahaha I have evil plan, Frela's revenge!)
Safe in his embrace was all she needed to face the day ahead. Deawen smiled in reply then walked away down the stairs to her quarters. when she reached her rooms and collasped on her bed tired and dizzy. she had no dreams that night she slept deeply not even moving. Deawen was awakened by Midira early in the morning before the sun's acent. " You must get ready for your ordeal " was whatshe said " Ordeal what? Sen is just training me not tes.." " wrong Lady Deawen, the last blood moon you became a full Elsent you learned to control your gift now is the time to use it this is your ordeal combining the two.." Deawen sat stunned trying to absorb what the Elf was explaining " how do you know so much? about the Elsent I mean" Deawen asked as Midira began Braiding her hair " My Brothers Parmatur and Artinwe have either seen and lived with them or have studyed them" Deawen picked out a long skirted black tunic with black loose Breeches. As Deawen pulled her arm through the sleeves of her undershirt Midira saw a deep scar running from the base of her neck down her back. Deawen saw Midira and sighed " From when i was captive in Gondor" a glint of sorrow passed through her eyes ut quickly passed.

(OOC: Um, I believe Frela is dead, I killed her in the last RP...But I didn't expect Parmatur to be Artinwe's brother. That's a strange one.)
