sweet! I guess we can start, though i'd really liek the rest to fill up...
Starting:
The White City, in the Glorious Years of Peace during the reign of King Elessar and Queen Arwen, shown beautifully in the sunlight as another peaceful day dawned. The villiagered went to there chores and the nobles talked about long rides along the country side. Faramir was an very high ranked member of Elessar's council, along with an few others. Legolas and Gimli, friends of Elessar from long ago, Eyown and her son, whom both where welcome, Queen Arwen and the Prince, and Turwaithiel, an Elf Maiden whom choose to stay behind and a warrior. The council sat at an round table and they where talking about regualr news when Turwaitheil, arriving late, came it the large doors and bowed, saying, "My Lords and Ladies, I have news from afar...news that will shock us all."

Faramir's son, Elboron, sat at the end of the chamber were the few least important members sat. He watched and listed, then jumped slightly when Turwaithiel walked in. He waited for the news she had...

Faramir turned all his attention on the woman who has just come in lately without asking why she is so late. She said that she had a terrible news. As he watched his son jumped, Faramir stayed as calm as can be. Before King Elessar talked, Faramir said calmly. "What is the ill news, Turwaitheil"

Rhavaniel stood silently a way off from the table, her presence induced by the elder fellowship members, who knew her true being and their curiosity to her opinions to their matters.
Her dark her hung loose and her bright eyes beheld each of them in turn, wisdom making way for sarcasam as her mouth opend. She cut off in mid-speech, turning her attention to the figure arriving.
Her expression changed to quizical, though her composure was still as the marble white/ porcelain colouring of her skin.

Prince Eldarion sat at the table, and eyed the lady as she came into the room. He was surprsised to see her come so abruptly. Slowly his gaze turned to his father, the king, and back to the young lady.

Eowyn sat quietly and listened. She could tell the news brought that day would be grave. She let out a slow and sigh and braced herself for what ever Turwaithiel had to say.

"I went out for my daily ride and for some reason Tathar, my horse, wanted to go farther than normal, so I let her lead me...what we found was terrible. On the edge of the bondry where you, Elessar, claimed the horses land and let the horses roam free, was covered in blood and we found an group of horses slaughtered...but not by wolves or anything you would expect...I found these in them." She took out 2 very long piece of woods painted with black stripes and silver streams with long feathers tied at the end. She laid the broken-in-half spear on the table for all to see. "I believe evil has come again."

Elessar's eyes sprang open, seeing the wooden shaft.
"If what you tell me is true, and these horses were slaughtered, your prophecy is correct. We have reason to believe, whether killing horses is a sign, that evil has risen again," Elessar starred at the vile shaft of wood, his mind racing out of control.

Elboron almost wimpered in the bad news, but didn't. He loved horses, and hated seeing them getting slaughtered.

Elessar glanced at Turwaithiel, and then lifted his arm off of the table.
"In the end, I think they may have done this as a warning. In fact, it may have been also to feed orcs. Unfortunately, they may have done this for both reasons."
Elessar's expression changed grim, and a sign of worry broke through. He thought hard as he starred back at the shaft of wood.

Turwaithiel looked down, feeling as if her friend had read her mind. She sighed and said, "Now I must ask, what is our next move?"
