(OOC- up to you. She has never left Rivendell, so if he has been to Rivendell that could work, maybe he went with Theogrim, but she didn't recognize him since all her attention was on Theogrim at the time.)

She hesitated, looking down at his hand which was holding her arm and let her gaze shift back to him as she shook her head. "You must be mistakening me for someone else, I have never been out of Rivendell, my lord." She said softly.

Theogrim jogged over to Amarea just then. Seeing Landon, he stopped short for a moment, then continued foreward. He took Amerea by the shoulder and turned her gently toward him.
"Have you found an inn yet?" he asked, "If not, I can show you to the best."

When Amarea felt a gentle hand on her shoulder, she turned with a start, relaxing when she saw Theogrim. Her gaze shifted to the man who had been talking to her and she stepped closer to the man she loved.
"I have not yet had a chance to look, but I would love if you showed me to an inn." She said with a smile, just wanting to get away from the other man. There was something about him that made her uncomfortable, though she did not know what it was exactly.

(I'm here!)
Landon watched the two talk. How he wanted her, to feel the same as he to her. But that other man, Theogrim, was in his way. He would stop at nothing to get her to love him.

As Amarea awaited Theogrim to lead her away, she dared to glance at the other man. The way he looked at her made her feel uncomfortable as did his very presence. She took a step closer to the man she loved for comfort and protection.

OOC: So sorry about not getting on. Life has really run away with me lately. And also, I'm leaving to go on a vacation and won't be back until the 19th. I'll try to get on once or twice while I'm gone but I'll be at my grandparents' house and their internet connection is insanely slow.
Theogrim gently took Amarea by the arm and led her through the crowded streets. He began to make his way toward The Horsemen's Rest, the most respectable inn in the city.
"Who was that man?" he asked Amarea, glancing over his shoulder at a retreating Landon.

Amarea relaxed at Theogrim's touch, happy to be with him once again. It had been too long since he was in Imladris with her. At his question, she looked up at him, then glanced over their shoulders at the man who had stopped her. "I don't know..." She said quietly.
"Whoever he is, he makes me feel uncomfortable for some reason..."

OOC: I'm back from vacation! I tried to get on once but when 10 minutes had passed and the forum page was only half loaded I decided it was hopeless. (TOLD you my grandpa's internet connection was slow...)
"I wouldn't worry about him," Theogrim said, "You'll probably never see him again."
By now they had reached the inn. Theogrim held the door open for Amarea as she entered the inn. Once they were both inside, he let the door slide shut, closing them in the torch-lit interior.
They were standing in the common room of The Horsemen's Rest. The room was surprisingly dim compared to the brightness of the sunlight outdoors. The flickering torchlight shed enough light, however, for the pair to see how crowded the inn was.
"The only downside to a respectable inn is that it's always crowded," Theogrim said as he and Amarea approached the elegently carved from desk where a tall man, presumably the inn-master, stood.
OOC: I'll play the inn-master too. K?
"Good evening sir, madame," the inn-master tipped his dusty hat to the pair, "How may I be of serivce?"
"Hello, Eothan," Theogrim said, "Has is been so long that you fail to recognize me?"
Eothan's eyes lit up, "Ah Theogrim I had throught it was you!" the inn-master clasped Theogrim's shoulder, "Do you need a room for tonight?"
"No," Theogrim said, "But Amarea does," Theogrim turned to her, "Eothan and I are old friends. I used to stay here every night before I was able to purchase my own home."
"The lady?" Eothan questioned. He looked closer at Amarea and suddenly drew back, "Bless my soul, she's an Elf!"
Thoegrim chuckled, "Yes, and would you be so kind as to tell the Elf where her room is?"
"Of course, sir," Eothan turned to Amarea, "My applogies, madame. It is not every day that an Elf comes to The Horsemen's Rest."

(OOC- Welcome back!)
Amarea followed closely, nodding slightly to Theogrim's encouraging words about the man from before. As they pushed their way towards the desk, her eyes glanced around and all the other people who were in the common room. She bit her lip, living here was going to be a new world and difficult to get used to.
She noticed all the curious glances at her garb and pointed ears. Just by the curiousity of these people, it was obvious that elves rarely if at all came to Rohan.
When Theogrim spoke to the innkeeper, Amarea stayed silent, but at the inn keepers surprise at her being an elf, a smile graced her lips. At his apology for his reaction, she nodded slightly, "No need to apologize, my lord, for I know as well how rare it is for elves to venture to your villages." She said softly.
