Legolas' eyes glimmered then he suddenly seemed to remember something and he turned as they continued walking, looking straight ahead. "Milady.... since this council... there is now a journey facing me in a few days time... Yet when the task has been completed, would you ... perhaps allow me to take you to visit Mirkwood? I would much wish for you to see the land which is home to me"

Margaret sighed, she imagined what it would be like to be with Aragorn, but soon the images faded and she remembered the movie. "What would I give to be with you, to be the one you love." She whispered, she had backed of a little and just watched the heir to Gondor. "Of all the things I have learned, I know that the heart of Aragorn will never be mine, never to belong to Margaret." She sighed sadly, not knowing that the very man she loved, heard it all.

Aragorn was listening to Margaret talk to herself. He raised an eyebrow and smiled a little, at what she said. She liked him, too? He slowly stood up and strided happily over to Margaret. "Good day, Mi'lady. Would you care to accompany me to dinner?" He extended his arm.

Margaret looked up at him, her eyes widened with a secret joy and love. "Of course, mi'lord, I would be honored. By the way my name is Margaret. But I am some times called Marilla." She said kindly, her eys now softened. She wraped her arm around his, and placed her other hand onto it.

Aragorn smiled more to her and patted her hand softly. "I am very pleased to meet you, Margaret. Thank you, for joining me. It brings me great pleasure." He looked ahead and tried to walk slower, making their being together last longer.
