Lothwen looked up as Anarane entered the tent. The cold feeling still covered her body. She pulled her blue cloak closer around her shoulders. "They are leaving!" Lothwen said to Anarane. "Meleth and Dernhelm are leaving with Calad - they will walk right into the creatures!" Lothwen shuddered. She felt sick with fear for the other three. She feared what would happen to them if they strayed into the grasp of the creatures. As another sharp pang of cold drenched over her, she leaned over with pain.

"I don't know," Lothwen sait. "They think that we should have gone to Caras Galadhon in the first place, and now, since they say that it is only a few hours away, they will go there now!" Lothwen snorted. "As if they would make it in time! I tried to tell them that the presence is here now but they wouldn't listen."

"I-I think so. . ." Lothwen tried to stand. She stumbled and had to catch Anarane's arm to keep from falling. "If you can help me get to Vanya I think I will be OK," Lothwen said.

Lothwen nodded and let Anarane help her onto Reein. She clung to the horse's neck to try to keep herself from sliding off. Suddenly she spotted Vanya quietly eating grass beside a tree. "There she is," said Lothwen and unsteadily dismounted Reein. She stumbled over to Vanya and gently stroked her mane while she whispered soft words in elvish.

Anarane looked around. Her back no longer felt any pain <although it was weak before anyway). "I wonder why you and Calad were more effected then the others and I. I only suppose that it is a matter of time anyway. We must find them."

"It seems that is the only thing we can do. If we do not find them and we reach Caras Galadhon before them we should tell Galadriel and Celebron all that we know." Anarane mounted Reein and looked to Lothwen to ride first, so that she could make sure that she would be alright.
