The birds had just flown overhead and apparently they were spies. To Abagail, she would only related to hectic fans that had to adore her at every movie premiere, awards ceremony, and breakfast. But, this was different. This was actually a threat, in it's odd fantasy-type way.

Looking towards the sky, Gandalf returned his head towards the group and told them they were going to pass over Caradas, motioning towards the mountian.

"You have got to be kidding me," Abagail shouted.

"You would do yourself wise, Miss Abagail," Gandalf rebuted her, "to keep your mouth shut more than you keep it open."

Caitlin groaned inwardly. She had seen the movies. She knew this would be coming, but that didn't mean she was thrilled about it. Yes, she had trained in the discipline of the martial arts, but that did not mean she enjoyed climbing snow-covered mountains. Biting back a retort, it took all her control to remain silent at the decision. The Quest must come first. Get used to it. You can't turn back now. she thought, bracing herself for the arduous climb ahead.

Scott sighed heavily, but inwardly. He had to be strong, but he never thought about how hard it would be and all the dangers they would have to face if he really went on this quest. Well, I just I will find out now, right?

Once Gandalf turned around to lead the group of travelers up the mountain, Abagail grunted and gave a grimmaced face at him, as if to not follow orders, even though everyone knew she had no other choice.

"You cannot uhhhhh Gandalf," Merry told Abagail while mimicking her face.

Abagail knew she shouldn't respond, but her arrogance got the best of her, "I can do whatever I want. I have the money, the looks, the everything that is important, and I don't need to do this in the least if I don't want to." Abagail had begun to yell towards the end, and Merry started to back up with a slight fear and in case she turned very mad and started swinging swords at him.

Scott overheard Abagail, as did Aragorn and both came to the hobbits aid. Scott came up behind him and put his hand on Merry's shoulder to calm him as Aragorn said, "Abagail, you speak as if a deep devilry is inside you, and speaks for you...as if Sauruman is deep inside your mind, thoughts, and soul. This is not good speech for a member of this Fellowship, Lady, and I advise you do not so speak in such way again, if you value your life."

Caitlin sighed as she heard Abagail's words. Walking up to where Scott and Lord Aragorn had also gathered, she looked entreatingly upon the movie star. "Abagail, please stop. We committed to the Quest when we asked about our partners. We have to put this mission first. Gandalf knows what is best, we have to trust that." she said simply.

Scott nodded and then when he guessed the problem was under control, he looked for Louy. He was so glad she had got in this mess with him, for he had loved her since he was only a middle-schooler and he hoped to spend more time with her and get to know her, and ask her out, maybe.
