Eonwe started, then listened to Cammomille and nodded, smiling at her. She reached up and whispered in Crixus's ear, telling him the plan. Then thought of something. She glanced at him. Should she introduce him as her husband or her brother? Aha! Brother in law! He was their escort! It was perfect. She looked down "Of course dear, we'll get you some food. Are you excited to see your aunt Alaina?"

Crixus heard her words and nodded, before going to the innkeeper to ask for a room. He paused, would one suffice? They were pretending to be somewhat related so he thought why not.
He asked for a room and luckily, one was available that was reasonable within his price range. The innkeeper nodded towards the direction of the room and Crixus started towards it, wanting to escape from the looks of everyone.

Eonwe followed him, still holding onto Camommille's hand. Once inside she let out a breath. "Brilliant!" she exclaimed, grinning at the hobbit lass before picking her off the floor in a big hug.

Crixus smiled grimly as they entered. They were safe, for now. He set his things on the floor and sat on the chair beside the window, looking out.

Eonwe set Camommille down and watched him. "Which would you feel comfortable with? Brother in law or husband?" she asked him quietly.

He heard her question and responded, his gaze still lingering out the window.
''I would bear either title with pride'' he said quietly.

She blinked, unsure of what to...wait...either one proudly? She turned so her red face wouldn't show to either of them.

He turned his head to look at her.
''Though husband would please me more. I merely meant I would be honored to be related to you in any fashion''he said, his eyes now on the floor.

She jumped "You...it..wait..really?" her round green eyes blinked at him. Perhaps he meant it only for the act they were putting on...She swallowed.

He turned his head from her,staring out the window, unable to look her in the eyes as he spoke.
''I meant what I said to you that night.'' he murmured, his thoughts casting back to when he had confessed his love for her.

She blinked, startled. As had she. "So did I..." she swallowed while she watched him, she had to admit, she was still slightly confused.

He nodded, still unable to meet her eyes.He wasn't sure what to say next, he continued staring out the window, watching the sky.

She watched him, then smiled softly. "I believe you." she took out her bed roll and promptly laid down on the floor, offering the beds to the others. She was soon asleep.

He felt better when she spoke, more reassured.Crixus watched her as she lay down and before long she was fast asleep. He lightly picked her up and set her on the bed, making sure she would be warm.
Addressing Camomille, he spoke. ''You should sleep also.'' He went and sat on the chair, once again his gaze moving out the window.

She turned into the bed in her sleep, then suddenly hiccuped. Her arm flailed up around her head and her other fell over the side of the bed.

He watched her as she moved. He stood up and sat beside her laying her arm to her side. He just sat and watched her, a soft expression on his face. He lightly took her hand that bore his bracelet and held it lightly.
