I know she's alive too, i'm sorry Falath whatever i said i didn't mean for it to come out that way, we're going to find her weather or not it kills us, i'm not giving up hope and neither are you, i can tell she said telepathicly to her aunt
I'm not giving up hope if it kills me Isteleth thought furiously to herself

"Aunt Anneth!" Anneth suddenly heard and turned around. A little girl was running towards her. Anneth brightly smiled as she knelt down and hugged the girl. Heavy burden fell off her heart as she saw that Eruanneth is ok. She looked at her neice's face and moved golden hair from her eyes. "Eru I missed you so much." Eruanneth just shyly smiled and hugged Anneth again "But I brought something for you." Anneth whispered in her ear. Eruanneth's eyes grew wide open "Really? What is it?" she asked. "You will see after dinner." Anneth smiled and stood up. Isty's words were on her mind "The day when we lost Elen... managed to escape... 4 of us... cornered... sacrifaced herself..." she shook her head and picked up Eruanneth. She walked over to the large table and put down Eruanneth on the chair by Isty. She sat down by her neice. On the opposite side she saw Arthion and Lithoniel and brightly smiled to the both of them. She heard Falathiel's words and turned to her "I know. I can feel her. I'm ready. Just tell when and I'll come."

Isteleth stroked Eruanneth's hair slowly and looked from her sister to her aunt
"same with me, i'm ready say the word and i'll be there no matter what" she replied to Anneth's comment, she looked across at Lthoniel and Arthion, then to Eruonen then lastly to Eruanneth.

Falathiel stood. She knew where her sister was and she couldn't wait another minute. She had been in mourning to long. "She is in Dol Guldur and I am leaving tonight."

Eruaviel looked up sharply at her aunt. "Dol Guldur? I thought that was abandoned?"

"It was, untill a evil started to rise again, it's now at the height of activity, and that's where your mother is" Isteleth informed them, she then turned to her aunt Falathiel
"Falath we go as soon as we have spoken with your mother" she stared at her aunt
"But first we need to eat and regain our strenght back"

"And I will go with you!" Lithoniel suddenly spoke up. Looking at the surprised faces of her newly found relatives she said "I am very anxious to meet this new aunt of mine. I am my own mistress and will go where I please. It pleases me to go with you." When the attention turned from her Arthion lightly touched her arm and whispered "Do you think this wise cousin?"
"Yes I do, don't you?"
"What of your duties in Rivendell? Can you just ignore them? What if something should happen to you? Then Rivendell would go into anarchy! Not even your precious Vehiron could save it then!"
"You really don't like him, do you?"
"That's not the point! The point is, I think you should reconsider!"
"I see what this is, your not sure that Annureth is going and you don't want to leave if she isn't!... no don't give me that look! I understand your mind now! Well my good cousin, who ever said that you had to come?!"
"Your Mother did!"
"What?!?"
"Before your Mother left she asked me to stay with you and keep you safe!"
"Well thanks for the effort but danger doesn't scare me! I must go! She's my aunt!"
"You don't even know her!"
"So! and we'd best stop this.. people are beginning to stare!"
"Fine!"
"Fine!" and with that Lithoniel rose from the table and walked over to Isteleth and asked "And who is this darling little one?"

Isteleth was slightly taken aback but Lithoniel's question, it wsa out of the blue especially after the conversation the table had been having, Isteleth quickly overcame it and replied to her cousin question
"This is Eruanneth my daughter" She replied, she looked across at Eruonen then down the table to her Aunt Galadriel who started to speak
"If everyone has finished eating, those who are invited the council will start in the next 15minuets" she said, Isteleth rose quickly
"I have to get Eruanneth to bed, Lithoniel if anyone asks i'll be down for the begining of the council, i promise.....Eruonen" she said quickly, she bent down and picked up her daughter and walked out of the hall.

As they entered the room Isteleth felt edgy, the 3 of them were in silence as they got Eruanneth into bed, Isteleth and Eruonen sat on either side of her, Isteleth stroking the hair from her face and Eruonen was holding her hand and soon enough Eruanneth was sleeping silently.
The tears welled up into Isteleth's eyes
"This could be the last time i put my daughter to bed" she whispered looking up at Eruonen, he looked across at her as the tears rolled silently down her face, he slipped his hand from Eruanneth's and walked round to Isteleth, he pulled her up and wrapped his arms around her.
"No it won't, keep faith my love, you will return" he whispered into her ears as he held her close.
"Eruonen you didn't hear the prophecy made for me and Anneth, we've been sent to our death, we a daughters of Lothlorien, we are bound by phrophecy and fate" she pulled away from him and turned so he couldn't see her face, he frowned and placed his hand on her arm
"This isn't the Isteleth that i used to tease as a girl, who used to fight back, who never gave up hope, who i fell in love with when i first laid eyes on" Isteleth looked at him smiled
"Things change" she whispered, she left his grasp, kissed her daughter swiftly on the forehead and leaving a note on the pillow and then left the room without a word.

She entered the hall again just as everyone was taking their seats at the council, she took hers just as Eruonen entered the room and took his opposite her, their gaze met.

Falathiel slipped out of the dining halls and went to her chambers. Discarding the white gown, she changed into a black leather tunic. Her long, golden hair was pulled into braids and wound around her head. Her maid, Aranduriel,l entered from the servant's passage. "My lady, what do you wish me to do to help you prepare to rescue Princess Elenanna?" Falathiel looked towards her friend. "Please pack me some extra clothes and I'll need supplies." Aranduriel curtsied and Falathiel rolled her eyes. Normally, she would've told her that formalities weren't necessary but Aranduriel insisted and wouldn't be swayed.

A longsword was produced from a shadowy corner and she gazed at the silver hilt and the silver curves that made a knuckle guard. Looks like we are on another quest, Caladwen She thought. It was a little odd being sentimental over a sword but she had used the sword so many times. For duels, for sparring with her friends, and for killing. It had been with her for a long time. Strapping it to her belt, she slide mithril daggers into her clothes and in a boot. Grabbing her long bow, Falathiel ran out to the stables. Saddle bags were already swung over Glandur's stall door. Thanks Aranduriel She smiled as she knew the elf would hear her. She grabbed a saddle and bridle and quickly tacked her mare up. She didn't bother tying her as she knew Glandur wouldn't run away or ruin anything. Leaving her bow strapped to the saddle, she ran into the council room. She knew she would be one of the last to arrive and she wondered why she even bothered coming when she had just done what everyone would tell her to do.

Anneth stood up and quickly turned to her sister "Isty, what are you saying?! Elenanna is alive and now we know where she is. What are we waiting for?!" she said. Suddenly she felt that someone put a hand on her shoulder. She didn't have to turn around to see who that was.
"My child... Take a time to think before you react." Anneth heard the voice of her grandmother in her head. She turned around and looked at Galadriel's eyes. Her grandmother smiled and pushed the hair off Annerueth's face.
"As you wish my Lady. Although, the greatest wish of my heart is to find Elen, your daughter and lead her back home. More than enough time passed. Falathiel, Elenanna, Isteleth and I have to be reunited. If we don't do that, the end will come soon." Anneth replied with concerned look on her face. But Galadriel kept smiling.
"That's the truth, but you won't fail. Remember who you are. You are the bearer of the ring, of the ring of Barahir. "But," Galadriel continued "you said something wrong. You really do want to find Elenanna and will try till you suceed. But finding and saving her isn't your greatest whish. Not anymore..." Galadriel said and looked somewhere behind Annerueth's shoulder. Anneth turned around and realized what's her grandmother talking about. Arthion was standing there. She blushed.
"Remember, I know everything. As well the things you maybe didn't realize by now." Galadriel said.
"But... You just told me that I should take some time to think before I react. Anneth said still looking at him. She was thankful to know that nobody besides Galadriel can hear her thoughts now.
"Annerueth Adhara, there are always exeptions. You should know that by now." Galadriel said and Anneth was sure that she as well winked. With one last smile she turned away and left Anneth alone in her thoughts. Anneth sighed and shook her head. There was no time for this now. The picture of Elenanna, Falathiel's voice and Isty's thoughts were still in her head. She quickly spun around and walked to the hall.

Lithoniel was upset with Arthion and wished to change the subject of her mind, that is why she asked about Eruanneth. She smiled at the child and watched as the three left. She stayed with her grandmother as everyone made their way to the council room. Arthion was just as upset at Lithoniel as she was at him. He thought she was being careless and that her grandfather, Lord Elrond, would not approve of her actions, were he here. They both thought themselves to be in the right and the other to be in the wrong. Whenever their eyes met Arthion would glare and Lithoniel would look away with her nose (most ungraciously) in the air. The council began when Isteleth, Eruonen, and Falathiel entered. Lithoniel waited to hear what would be decided.

Isteleth looked around at everyone seated, she wasn't sure what was going to be spoken about, she already knew what her heart was det on, and it was to find Elenanna.
"Good evening" came the calm voice of Galadriel over the silence that had evenloped them
"As you all know, you have been called to this council to be warned of the latest evil that has risen" she paused for a moment before continuing
"As some of you know well, this new evil has captured one of our greatest warriors and my daughter Elenanna Lothendhel"
Isteleth gaze went over her cousin, sister and aunt, then finally onto Eruonen, before she turned her attention back to Galadriel

Annerueth carefully listened her grandmother's words. She didn't say anything new. Elenanna was captured, and by now several times tortured. She quickly glanced at Voronwe. He nodded as he guessed what's on her mind. She suddenly stood up. "I ask permition to leave Lothlorien right now." she said. Galadriel turned to her and looked in her eyes. But nothing could make Anneth to change her mind now. She knew that she had support of her father and that was enough. Galadriel nodded "Come and see me before you leave." Anneth bowed and kissed her grandmother's cheek. "I will." she said and quickly walked out of the hall.
