Constince watched him walk off. She didin't understand what had happened. She walked over to Shadow Stalker and untied him from Gernhart's saddle, then unsaddled him and began to brush him down. What's the matter my friend? Constince leaned her head against Shadow Stalker's neck. I don't know... Gernhart's just ... I don't know. She straightened again and finished brushing him out.

Gernhart paced and talked to himself. he finally broke down and hit a tree as hard as he could. he kept punching till his knuckles were bloody. he had finally gotten the anger out from what happend to contince. he walked back slowly his knuckles shaking.

Constince had her back to the direction Gurnhart had walked off in and so did not see him return.
