[ If Mae or anyone else doesn't want to, I at leas t could try. He's my favourite so I guess I could try. It's just that I could never imagine Aragorn as a King. ]

Deawen Elsent wrote: Deawen had sat quietly, she was content with letting her mind wander. She listened to the others talk, but mostly was absorbed in her thoughts. She had only seen Taevi once before today, but she was busy at the time and was not caught off guard as she was today. " Valya can we do something out of doors? These stone halls chill me. " Deawen said suddenly snapping out of her thoughts. She seemed startled as a someone walked inot the hall appearing to be looking for someone.
Valya looked over at Deawen and nodded. "If you like," she replied. "I wouldn't mind walking through the gardens. In fact, there are a few herbs I need collecting there, so it would be ideal."
She smoothed down her pale blue skirts and rose from the table. "Taevi, would you like to come with us?" she enquired. It was either going with them, or going back to his room, which, when she had been in there changing the blood-soaked sheets, Valya had sensed he was none too fond of.
Her alert blue gaze switched to Maethoriel and Grair. "What about you two? A walk through the gardens is very calming."

Taevi shook his head swiftly, not wanting to go back to his room. He'd been trapped there long enough.
(( Gaahhh, short post... >,< ))

"Calming, eh?" Grair asked and looked to his friend. He was up for a bit of air, perhaps it was not such a terrible idea to join the trip, after all these all seemed like relatively nice people. He just had the strange itching feeling that something was going to go wrong very soon, as they seemed to do when his friend was around.
"Sure," she said only half listening, most of her attention had been taken up by listening to the men behind her. Her curiosity had peaked and she wished to know what was so important that Estel needed to hear it.

(( Did I miss something? Who's Estel? ))
Taevi gulped down the rest of his meal and stood up, shifting anxiously on his feet. The men across the room seemed to be moving on, leaving him grateful to be free from their stares. He glanced in Deawen's direction, sticking close to her for the sake of familiarity.

(Estel is what the Elves call Aragorn. Maeth's just really old and can't get her head around the fact that he's a King and not the little kid running about Rivendell, thus her reason for referring to him as Estel.)

[ Ok, I'll try to play Aragorn. Da-mn it's dificult ]
Inside a large hall of the King's House Aragorn sat behind a long wooden table which was covered with maps and parchments. From his clothing one would not suspect him to be King when he was surrounded by his councellors. He wore a simple red linnen shirt with beautiful patterns embroided on it, dark trousers and leather boots. All the jewelry he wore was was a ring which was like to twin serpents, whose eyes were emeralds and a silver pendant. Yet his manners were more kingly then others. Although he had an air of authority, his eyes showed kindness and his features friendliness.
As two newcomers appeared in the hall, Aragorn looked up.
"Captain Leuwynn" he welcomed his Captian of the Guard with a nod and then smiled as he recognised his companion. "Aldamir, it has been too long.."
----
Dûrion was always marveled by the splendor and wealth of the White City. Everywhere seemed to be laughter and joy. He followed Leuwynn to the Citadel and passed the Tower of Ecthelion were the Stewards of Gondor once resided. As they entered the House of the King they were directed towards a large where the King, as they were told, was minding business of state.
Dûrion's eyes wondered over the large hall upon entering and couldn't help wondering if his friend never felt trapped in these great halls, after all he was also a Dunadan.
"Telcontar" he responded, made a slight bow but then embraced Aragorn. "It has been long indeed.. "

(( That post really confused me at first... hah. If you get tired of playing him, we can trade off or something.Take turns. ))
Leuwynn gave a slight bow of his head in recognition to the king. "My Lord Aragorn," he said after a moment's pause, "Your friend has informed me that he wishes to take council with you."

(( Cuz Aragorn was talking to Durion, and then Durion wasn't there yet and then he WAS there and then...idk. You made it kinda backwards. Plus they both have multiple names, those greedy fiends. And I'm tired. ))

"I believe that I may need to visit dear little Estel," Maethoriel said in simpering voice, reminiscent of a woman talking to a very young child.
"Your curiosity is too strong for your own good, Maethoriel," Grair responded sharply. "And if you call Lord Aragorn 'little Estel' I think you might be thrown in prison for not showing proper respect."
"I shall not. Anyway, the cells here have only held me for a month's time and never longer," she remarked with a rakish smile
"Why does it not surprise me?" Grair said, it had just become commonplace for his friend to let herself become a captive just for the enjoyment of escaping.
"How do you plan on getting in there then?" He questioned, not letting her respond as he himself launched into what he thought to be a very normal entrance for the woman who oft played with dramatics. "Scale the wall, jump to the roof, through the window, sneak through the halls and burst into the thrown room?"
"I was planning on using the front door," she said with wide eyes as her friend finished talking. "They will not deny me...the gloves are off as it were," she said with a smug grin.
"You are not," he said incredulously, "that's just completely daft."
"It is not," she responded with a frown. "Well whatever works, correct? I think I do fancy a stroll before hand. No worries, right?"
"So says you," Grair replied.
"Yes," Maethoriel said shortly chuckling.

[ Yeah well I wanted to write it from both point of views so it was kinda happening at the same time And the names.. well Aragorn has I think over 7 names, Dûrion only 2 .. but yeah it is confusing >.< ]
"Is that so?" Aragorn replied to Leuwynn. "I couldn't have expected it to be otherwise." He grinned "My friend you always bring bad tidings.." He gestured towards the table where an attendant just served two goblets of wine. "Please be seated."
-----
A barking lagh escaped Dûrion's lips as he sat down at the table. After he'd taken a sip of wine he looked from Leuwynn to Aragorn. "Yes this situation can no longer be ignored. Far and long have been my travels. To distant places sometimes even behind the borders." His voice grew softer, it was only just above a whisper. "A new evil has arisen Telcontar. It seemed like I was back.. like it was just 60 years ago.."

Deawen stood up and was vaguely worried looking. " The gardens again?" she asked her voice plain of any emotion. " Why not to the stables?" she asked, offering one of her favorite haunts.
