Amarea looked at the drinks and gave a frustrated sigh. Why was this man not listening to her. She looked across the table at him, not making a move to touch her drink. She just prayed that if Theogrim returned, he would not get the wrong idea.
At his question, she looked down at the table. "Not much to my life really. I was born and raised in Rivendell. Never left that lands for anything. Met Theogrim, fell in love and after trying to convince my parents, here I am." Her voice was soft and controlled, as she did not want to appear rude. Her blue eyes wandered to the door and back to the man sitting across from her.
