"If she finds me, she really will kill me.." Aradan murmured, peering around the door and looking down the hall, looking everything in the world like a young elfling again, one who was hiding from his mother.

Tur patted his shoulders. "I'll help you out. But you better stand up for me if she finds out..." She heard Elwen cry again and said, "Quickly! Down this way." And they both ran like two young elves playing hide-and-seek.

"I know you're around here somewhere!" Elwen called down the hall, having heard running footsteps. Sighing in frustration, she folded her arms. "I need help.." she muttered to herself, and just then, Aranel showed up.

"Looking for 'Dan?" she asked calmly, and Elwen nodded.

"He went that way." Aranel responded, pointing, and Elwen nodded in thanks and took off in that direction.

Tur and Dan just turned the corner when tur heard running footsteps following them. "It's El!" She said and ran faster, slipping a little and laughing as she hurried back up and contiuned to run.

"I'm dead!" Aradan said quickly, forgetting himself for a minute. Seeing a closet up ahead, he moved towards it quickly and opened the door. "Get inside!"

Fearan smiled broadly, and krept out of the shadows of the closet. "Boo!" He shouted in Aradan's ear, hoping to increas the elf's heartrate to an almost impossibly high number.

Aradan's only reaction was to fall back against the door in surprise, knocking it open since it had been slightly ajar, and, tripping over his own feet, he knocked over Elwen and nearly fell on top of her as she passed by.

"Get OFF me, you crazy-!" Elwen shouted, as best she could, trying to squirm out from underneath Aradan, and she ended up elbowing him in the stomach, then the side.

"E-El! Quit!" Aradan gasped out, breathless for a moment.

Fearan could bearly contain his laughter. He stumbled out of the closet and chuckled. "Fearan 1, Aradan 0" He glanced at Elwing "Sorry about that." He lied. "I had no idea you were there...."

Elwen growled deep in her throat, then, disentangling herself from Aradan, grabbed him by the ear and literally dragged him to his feet.

"OwowowowOW! Leggo!"

"I think not." Elwen growled, giving him a death glare, before beginning to drag him off to a nearby room. "It's payback time.."

Fearan laughed again, and followed the raging Elwing.

Releasing his ear just long enough to grab a dagger, Elwen gave Aradan a warning look, one that dared him to move, before she began cutting...and blond hair fell to the floor in positive heaps before she was done. Putting the dagger away, she smirked at Aradan, before walking away.

"Oh, it's definitely on now.." Aradan growled after her, looking at the hair around his feet.

(His normal 'hairstyle' is due to a prank..more amusing this way. )
