Since a lot of my other roleplays have been dying due to lack of participation, I wanted to start another. I want this one to last for a while (not just 3 pages of waiting for another player) and to be enjoyable. Some RPs I’ve seen last for nearly 70 pages - so why not this one?

If you know you are not going to be on a lot, I would appreciate if you would take a minor character (like an OC) once all of the main chars are filled. I don’t want this to die like so many other RPs do!

The Plot: After their parents have been killed by orcs and their party divided, three sisters and their baby brother escape into the wild, not knowing where they are headed. The girls are filled with fear and worry, not knowing where they are going. That night they stumble across two men sitting around a fire in the woods. But after making too much noise, the goblin party the two men were hunting show up with two cave trolls. Can the six make it out alive and get back home or will they be overcome by the enemy? Join and find out!

The Rules:

1.) No Godmodding or Powerplaying. This means, no taking over other member’s characters without their permission (I.e. - going on vacation, taking a break from AU, etc.) Powerplaying is also not allowed unless the RP is moving too slow. Also, some people have the tendency to make their character “invincible”, thus meaning that they never get hurt, can’t die, and are always in control. We want equal chances for all of the characters, so please let others have turns in posting.
2.) Quality, not Quantity. Make substantial posts if possible, not just “Joe Schmo agreed with Billy Bob and leaned against the door.” NO. Try and elongate your posts if you can with dialogue or characters’ reactions. Don’t just post for the sake of posting; please make an attempt to post with quality.
3.) Romance is allowed! Feel free to have some romance, just not too much that it gets mushy and no one wants to RP because two characters are making googly eyes at each other the entire time. Some romance is okay, just keep it subtle.
4.) Have Fun! That’s what RPing is about! We’re here to have a good time and make up an enjoyable story. I liked SI~Dhodrimme’s idea, so post Tolkien at the end of your bio and I will know that you have read all of the rules.
5. Two characters max. Let others get a chance to claim a charrie. There aren’t many to begin with.

Appearance: Blue silk buttoned tunic, black leggings, silver boots. Long brunette hair that she keeps braided, hazel eyes, and two golden Elanor in her hair. (see picture)

Weapons: Long sword with a black hilt and elvish inscriptions.

Background/History: Aramel was born in Rivendell. Her parents' names were Faeron and Ithilwen. She learned early on how to use a sword. She is basically the leader of the siblings and protects them as best she can. Now that their parents are dead, things might be a little harder...

History: Mithian was born in Rivendell, a younger sister of Aramel. Her father taught her to hunt with the bow. He also taught her a little sword-work, but she isn't as good at that.

History: Aling was born in Rohan. His parents died when he was a young man. Leaving the small family farm in his brothers' care, Aling took to wandering. He eventually met up with a swordmaster who agreed to teach the young man.
