alright so what do you want us to do? go ahead and start with our characters or do the whole character profile? I'll do both since i have no life... name: Deawen of the westfolde age: 19 appearance: long copper hair usaully tied back with ribbon, wears dresses with long hems (due to her rank) pale complextion and blue eyes. personality: sarcastic, sometimes defiant, caring at times History: Born to an minor noble in the westfolde, Deawen grew up with little hinderance save the death of her mother. Deawen is a handmaiden but secretly knows how to fight. Deawen loved celebrations even though she was stuck serving the high table it didn't really matter. she carried a platter of sweet meats smiling, dodging the brawls and dancing. |

I'll follow suit Name: Morwen Race: Human Age: 18 Appearance: Blonde, blue eyed, short Personality: Feisty, intelligent, sensitive History: Born to a rich horse breeder/sheperd in the Westfold (same village as Deawen.) Came to Edoras with Deawen to become a handmaiden at Meduseld. Morwen was miffed about being designated the 'mead-maid' for the night. Already, most of the soldiers and peasants present were falling all over themselves, trying to get their cups refilled before anyone else. She saw Deawen dodge around a brawl at the end of the line and shot her a jealous look. |

(ah the good ol days) Deawen spotted Morwen across the hall " hægl! " came a shout followed by a very loud responce Several times on her way to the high table she was followed by drunken suitors mumbling something about thier love for her... Deawen always responded in the same cool and playful tone " I do not carry the mead my friend morwen is the one you love!" shooting a glance to morwen. they laughed and went away she set the platter down at it's destination and surveyed the feast. someone struck up a harp and fiddle and Deawen was grabbed to dance she yelped laughing. " Morwen! Help !" she laughed the mead she secretly drank affecting her. |

Name:Kira of Dol Amroth Race:Human Age:16 Appearance:brown/green two piece warrior girl's clothes, grey eyes, black hair Personality:fiesty, fierce, intelligent Occuation:Warrior Weapons:bow and arrows, sword Kira watches Deawen as she is dragged in to dance, smiling lightly. Another soldier came up to her and whispered something about 'coming to relieve her of her work' She smiled and went to drop her sword off in the armory. Kira comes back in her regular two piece warrior girl's clothes, a little smirk on her face. |

Morwen yelled back, "Serves you right, for the easy job!" Yet another soldier brandished his cup at her. She topped him off and headed for the kitchen to get her ewer refilled. She heard shouts of protest as she left. She sighed and hurried back to the kitchens. Once in the steamy basement, she sat on a stool and let the feeling come back to her feet. "Heofondat, this gets worse with time," she said to herself. She could hear the cook yelling at some poor boy to fill her pitcher. She leaned against the wall and closed her eyes. She could not have predicted that she should ever come to hate celebrations, but handmaidenship was difficult. "At least I'm not a scullery maid anymore." She had come heare a year-and-a-half ago. Some lucky friendships and a rivals fall from grace all contributed to her own rise. Now she was stuck, for the night, in a job meant for a underling. She looked back at her pitcher, saw that it was full, moaned to herself, and headed back to the noise. |

Deawen snuck away from the dance and headed back to the kitchen she found Morwen there looking glum " hwy unrot freond?" she asked with concern " I can serve the mead for you... I need a rest from the dancing, sides I think our lady is ready to retire " |
