Welcome to the Humorous Hobbit RPG, one of A-U’s official RPGs of the summer 2007.
SET UP: The characters from The Hobbit are teleported to various parts of our modern world. They will have to find a way to get back to Middle-earth - and they will need YOUR help!
First of all, they will need help in behaving in a modern world, how to blend in appropriately and acting according to norms.
Secondly, you will need to meet up and find a way to get them all back to Middle-earth.
WHO: The characters from The Hobbit: Hobbits, Dwarves, a couple of elves, an occasional Breelander or ranger, perhaps a dragon and some trolls - you name it! And a lot of A-U’ers playing… themselves! You may play canon characters and/or non-canon characters.
Feel free to join in as long as it's running, but keep in mind we'll have to end it before the Elvish Ball at the end of the summer.
RULES: There are none - other than the normal rules applying to the forum!
Just a few guidelines:
- Try to keep a humorous tone - this is about hobbits!
- Please try to write at least a couple of sentences in each posts as they are easier to respond to.
- Have fun and enjoy!

I suppose it would.. but wouldn't they be very young then? 
Perhaps it would be more interesting to create hobbit characters based on Marry, Pippin etc. They could be their older brothers, cousins or other relatives and still have their personalities and you wouldn't be limited by Tolkien's descriptions. _________________ >>Be the change you wish to see in the world<<

Turwaithiel: Sure, sounds great.
Post bios if you feel like it and let's get it started whenever you want to. Pick somewhere (on this planet) to drop your hobbit character and let's see what happens when he/she wakes up so far away from the Shire. 
Occasionally, I might play minor characters to get the action going but other than that I'll leave it up to y'all. I'm still quite busy these days...
