(I waited to see if we would get a response from Morwen, but alas. Now I continue. :P)

"And since introductions appear to be going round," The unexpected voice made Rinoa turn in suprise, "allow me to introduce myself; I am Frain, Dwarf of the Lonely Mountain. At your service."

"A pleasure Master Frain." Rinoa stated as she looked upon the dwarf with kind eyes. "Times are very dark indeed to bring a dwarf to elven halls. It seems ancient fueds can be put aside in great times of great need." The lady's gaze turned back to the city before the three. "Though I doubt anything would befall us so close to Rivendell, my mind would be more at ease inside her gates. Shall we?" Rinoa asked as she made for the city.

"I do not believe we have gotten your name Lady." Her gaze once again turned upon the elven maiden she had met, well come across at this point, only moments before Frain.

(ack! my apologies. i could've sworn I posted)

Morwen had been about to speak when the dwarf, Frain, had shown up and she paused a moment and looked at them, "Morwen, of Rivendell, though with how much I wander, it may as well not be." she looekd to the city and headed for it, shortening her strides a little, so as not to out pace Frain too much.

"We can more properly get acquainted inside the gates where it is a bit safer."

(It's all good. It appears we all are having random bursts of business. :blink:)



Rinoa nodded in agreement to Morwen's statment and the three continued to walk towards the gates of Rivendell.

It took only a few minutes for the company to be safe behind the walls of Rivendell. The elves greeted them as they passed on thier way through the city. Though it might have been a personal question she couldn't help but ask. "What brings you two to Rivendell?" Rinoa asked as she found a seat on a bench in one of the courtyards of Rivendell. Though she had just woken up no more than ten minutes ago she felt as though she hadn't had a good night's sleep in many weeks and a slight weariness came to her. "If you don't mind my asking. Couriosity gets the better of me sometimes."

Morwen looked to Rinoa, "Between the growing darkness and my own wanderings, I simply needed a place to rest for a while.. Imladris is one of the few places left untouched by the shadow." She was quiet again, to allow the dwarf to answer.

Rinoa could very easily relate to Morwen's reason. She herself could use a place to rest and escape for the queer things she has seen, if only for a few days. Her attention was turned to Frain, as he looked like he was going to speak.
