"My thoughts too." she set her hand on her belly, looking down on it as their son moved. "It must be a strong name," she paused, looking up at Niko "In honor of his father."

He smiled softly at her words, continuing his food. In truth he had no idea what they could name him, but he was happy that they had some time to figure it out.

She thought a few moments. "What of Beriadan?" she mused outloud as she continued to slowly eat her own food. Her eyes fixed on the table. They had time, but she rather liked that name. She would of course, think of more too.

''Beriadan?'' he mused out loud to himself. ''Perhaps..''
He finished what remained of his food before leaning back on his chair, sipping his ale thoughtfully.

"We will think of others, of course." she smiled and finished eating. "I can still cook better." she winked and stood, pickin up her dish and the other dishes. "Are you finished?" she pointed to his plate.

He looked at her snidely.
''Yes, peasant.'' He handed her the plate and closed his eyes, still drinking ale peacefully.

She rolled her eyes and took his plate, heading to the sink and dumping them in. She started heating some waterto wash the dishes with. "And here I thought we would grow up together." she laughed and shook her head. "Guess I'll never know what you look like with grey hair!"

He turned his chair to look around and face her.
''You speak as though that is a bad thing. I certainly prefer you how you are''
He leaned back on the back legs of his chair, watching her.
''Do you want my help?''

She laughed, shaking her head. "It's not a bad thing, I guess I'm just marveling at how things changed so quickly. At least we'll always have our good years." she looked at him and winked, hoping he would catch what her meaning was. "No, you relax, I can get this. Thank you, love." she took the water off the fire and poured it over the dishes in the bucket, adding soap and started scrubbing them with the cloth.

He grinned at her, laughing.
''Yes, that is fortunate.'' Laying back he put his hands behind his head and watched her, a small smile playing on his lips.

She finished washing the dishes then started drying them and putting them away. "Niko?" she asked, having a sudden thought.

He drained his ale and stood up, swaying slightly.
''Yes, angel?''

She did a double take "On second thoughts, it can wait. You're drunk, I'm taking you to bed." she set the dish she had been dryin on the counter and went to him, slipping an arm around his waist. "C'mon, up to bed."

He didn't argue with her and allowed him to lead him up the stairs.
''What was it you wished to do anyway?'' he said as he flopped down on the bed, grinning.

"It can wait." she tucked blankets up around him "You need sleep." she leaned down and kisses him lightly on the forehead, sitting next to him, waiting for him to fall asleep. She brought his hand to her cheek, amazed at how much more she felt without the scars.

He blinked a few times before speaking.
''As you wish, my queen. When I wake in the morning then'' he said moving to her and laying his head in her lap. He fell asleep, snoring.
