Valadhiel shook her head, "Not at all, come in," she said, looking at Sygnet and laughing slightly.

Micha walked in and took a seat.

"Apparently Lord Elrond has called a meeting about the Elder Elves and would like the three of us to attend so we can tell the elves of Rivindel our story,' Micha explained.

He looked over at Sygnet. "They are going to want us to go back with the army... assuming they send one. They will want us to guide them to the spot where we found the valley."

Sygnet's hands gripped the sheets and her knuckles turned white, "I am not going back," she said quietly but firmly.

Micha walked to her and placed a hand on her shoulder. "I wouldn't ask you to do that," he assured her. He then hung his head. "But someone will need to guide them."

Valadhiel spoke up, "I will. Both of you still need your rest," she said, looking at both of them.

Micah looked at Valadhiel and then at Sygnet. He disn't want to go wither but he always felt guilty making someone else donsomething he could do himself.

He wanted to say that he would go... But Valadhiel's previous comment kept coming to his mind. Sygnet had already lost one man she loved... "Dont make her go through that again." Valadhiel had told him.

"I feel like I should go... But I dont want to." He took Stgnet's hand in his own. "I cant just leave you."

Valadhiel stood up, "Then it's settled. I will lead them there," she said smiling and looking at her friend, "Do you feel well enough to walk?" she asked.

Sygnet nodded and with the help of Valadhiel and Micha, she stood up and shakily was led towards Elrond's porch.

Micha felt horrible, truth be told... And not just physically. He was torn between his love for Sygnet and his sense of duty. He felt as though he were taking advantage of Valadhiel.

He decided to wait to see how the meeting went... But he knew he could not abandone Sygnet... Not after they almost already lost oneanother.

Perhaps, he thought, there would be a better way. A way that none of them would have to go back to that dreaded place.

They entered Elrond's house just shortly after the meeting was to be held. Micha was sure to watch that Sygnet sidnt try to over do it on the walk to the meeting room. He hopped he dis not seem overbearing but he didnt want it to seem as though he were not concerned at all.

Sygnet and Valadhiel listened to the meeting proceed and inputted details when needed. Valadhiel was prepared to go back, as much as she didn't like it, she was ready.

"If what you say is true," Lord Elrond said. "The elder elves are alive and well and growing their forces. This is no doubt the cause of the wver pressent growing darkness that we have all been feeling. If we do not stop it now we will be forced to face it on a much greater scale laterdown the road. We must send an army to attack."

At a pause Micha passed a paper to Lord Elrond through a messenger. It was a well drawn map to the location of the valley. He had taken the early parts of the meeting to draw it. He hoped this would be enough to get them there without a guide.

(I will let you decide if Valadhiel has to go or not or if Elrond says they need a guide.).

Valadhiel spoke up, "A map is helpful but someone who has been there before is invaluable," she looked at Sygnet and smiled before standing up, "I wish to lead this army into the mountains to eradicate the Elder Elves," her voice was confident as she spoke to Lord Elrond.

Lord Elrond looked to the others in the group to see their reaction before turning his gaze back to Valadhiel.

Micha glanced up at Valadhiel as well, then over to Sygnet.

Sygnet looked away from her friend. She knew that Valadhiel had a duty but she had only regained her best friend. She would miss her even more this time. Valadhiel looked at both of them and smiled encouragingly, "It would be an honor, Lord Elrond," she said to him.

Lord Elrond nodded and morioned to one of his men. "Then it is decided. The army will begin preparations and Valadhiel will be the guide. I thank you all for your service... Not just to Rivendel, but to middle earth. The Elder Elves are a danger to all."

Elronds commander headed over to Valadhiel and handded her a paper. With a nod he stepped away. The paper had her instructions as to where she could get outfited for the upcoming journey with whatever supplies she had need of.

Valadhiel took the page, smiled and bowed to the commander before looking at Sygnet, smiling gently before sitting down to finish the meeting, sitting quietly in her chair.
