[Right, let's give this RP a new lease of life.]
Darrell had fought on the fringes of the battle, the press having seperated him, and the small band around him, from the centre of the fighting. A band of orcs forced him, and tjose with him back, away from the main battle field, some distance to a small stand of trees. The trees broke up the orcs fighting line and meant that Darrell and his men could defeat them.
Before returning to the fighting, or what would be left of it, Darrell had a tall tree felled, and the branches cut off close to the trunk.
Holding the felled tree, using the sawn of branches, Darrell headed back to the battlefield. He came up behind where Luinnar and Isteleth were standing, and glancing at the closed gate of the fortress and smiled. "Looking for a way in?"

Jaden stood looking at the fortress, the fight outside finished but enemies still remained inside. The wounded had been taken care of, all they ne3eded now was time to heal.

Luinnar nods. "That'll work..... Good thinking...." She turns to look at the camp, far off in the hills. Raising one hand, she shoots a ball of blue flame high into the air, alerting her men to come join them.....

Jaden walked along looking over the fortress infront of them. They would have to find some way to penatrate it... or just hold the enemy inside until they got hungry enough to start eating themselves.

Laying the felled tree down, Darrell turned to Luinnar. "You seem to be full of good strategies, and I am interested to hear what you propose to do now. Though I have some ideas myself, open battle being something i find easier than organising an excursion like the one we did earlier"

a young woman about 15 years old rode her horse through the forrest trying to find anyone else who could help there was a band of orcs not far behind her and she was alone at the moment she was spotted by them ....

Jaden spotted the young woman and then noticed the orcs behind her. "More orcs!" he yelled to the men as he started over to help.

Faster she rode daring not to look back her eyes flickered with hope as she saw someone else in the deepening woods her heart raced when as she slowed her mare to a halt herlong blonde hair fell softly on to her shoulders Ava looked back to where she saw the orcs turning there attention to the man she gasped while she dismounted unshealthibg her sword she slowly creeped closer to the site where he was....

Jaden and a group of nearby men were leading the way to attack the oncomming orcs. Jaden had no idea where they came from.... but he did know where they were going to end up.

She hid behind a tree where she figured her small sword would do nothing she pulled her long bow from her back and an arrow from her quiver she glanced beyond the lreen leaves and saw the orcs come near a band of men strong and handsom the were holding there swords with valor and honor smiling slightly she pulled back the string and aimed her head tiltet to one side she let it go watching it fly through the air and hit one of the orcs in the back....
