Guys, does anyone know what grounding sheets are? I came across them by accident when I was looking for ways to improve my sleep. My story is like this: a couple months ago I started sleeping badly, waking up tired, although I seem to go to bed on time. A friend of mine once said he tried sleeping on a grounding sheet and his sleep became deeper. At the time I thought it was just marketing. But what if it really does work? How do they even work, has anyone tried them?

Yes, I am just using the grounding sheets and they really work! I was hesitant at first too, but decided to give them a try since I had chronic fatigue. The idea is that they connect your body to the earth's natural electric field. I read more about it here - grounding sheets for bed. I tried it, and after a week I noticed that I fell asleep easier and felt more awake in the morning. It's not a cure-all, of course, but in my case it clearly helped. Try it, maybe it will work for you too!

Interesting topic!!! I haven't heard of these sheets, but it sounds to me like something from the world of alternative medicine. Although, if it helps people, why not? The main thing is that it should not become a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. I don't have that kind of sleep problem myself yet, but the topic of grounding sounds curious. I guess it reminds me of the theory that walking barefoot on the ground is good for the body. Might be worth digging a little deeper!
