Maihele looked at him for a moment, with an almost inquisitive gaze. "Ah, I see, I suppose then in that way we have something in common." Her tone was neither sympathizing nor pitying, but rather matter of fact, as though either way it had no worth to her.

Maihele seemed to pale more, if that was at all possible, though she remained calm at Tabious' question. "Perhaps there are some things that should be kept to one's self, especially since this is but the first time we have met." She responded with a slightly colder gaze than she had weilded before, her tone firm.

"Perhaps I may, later..." Maihele murmured quietly, somewhat ponderingly. She shrugged slightly at his question. "Just keep her safe for a while, let her accompany me places, perhaps, but other than that, I had no intention to do anything with her... if she chooses to follow me, I shall not deny her the opportunity, and if she chooses to go on her own, I shall not hinder her..."

Eomira raised an eyebrow and studied the young elf. Then looking downward for a moment she murmured, "It might be hard for you to tell me, but if he's still out there, there might be more of them." Eomira finished glancing back up at them.

Arasinya had been observing the group by the lake for some time now. She had picked up most words they were exchanging, and it didn't seem like they knew each other very well - if at all. "A strange gathering", she thought as she felt her curiousity kindled.
When the mare had finished drinking she tied the reins loosely around a branch, and crouched down to get closer to the people speaking. Arasinya didn't get far before she heard the neighing call from her horse. She crouched low and cursed under breath as she knew the sound would clearly be heard by the people at the lake. "So much for having a faithful horse..."

"Has it ever occured to you, that if I intended on hurting you I could do so now? You're three feet in front, and unarmed." Eomira stopped and murmured. "You do not have to tell me, I can track him it I have to, but it would surely make it easier for me."
