"Good morning." Laure said with a smile as Lathron sat next to her. She could tell from from other Elves' glances that some of them knew something she didn't. She vowed to get it out of him later.

Aramel turned around to face Elenwe with a grave expression. "That is not entirely true. My parents were strong and brave, and yet...they are long dead." Memories poured back to the front of her mind. She had long pushed them back but somehow they always returned.
