Frodo's eyes opened slowly, his wrist were tied up and was throbbing. The floor was cold, and very dirty. He found himself in a tower, it was dark and gloomy and the smell was unbearable. Worser than it was in the cave where Shelob dwelled. Frodo tried to squirm and let himself go but the ropes were tied too tight along his small wrist. Little noises emerged from his throat, and his despair grew.
While trying to release himself from the harsh bondage, he looked down at his neck and found that the One Ring was no where in sight. He began to panic...all hope was truely lost in this Hobbit's heart. Frodo was to attached to this Ring, it began to become to precious to him. His eyes became clouded with tears, he blinked a couple of times to fight them back but the sadness he felt in his heart would not go away. Frodo had lost the Ring..to what he thought was the Enemy.
Through his silent weeping, he heard dark and grimacing voices he flinched and flipped his self around, grunting a little and he saw a hole on the floor. Coming out of that hole was a ladder and voices that seemed to be closer. Frodo clenched his teeth and his eyes widened in fear and anticipation.

Lira jumped suddenly when she saw that she was surrounded. She lashed out and cut an escape. Lira then attacked as many as she could. There was a gash in her arm and she was tired but other then that she was unhurt.

Lira had a haunted look about her. The fight brought back memories of the day she got the stone and her aunt, uncle, and cousins were killed. Lira remembered what her aunt had told her when she got the stone--"If you are ever in need of assistance or if you need the courage to go on, take out the stone and concentrate. It will help you." This she did now, after going where she would not be disturbed. A pale blue glow surrounded her hands and calmed her beating heart.

Turwaithiel was on the ground, after a hard hit from an uruk that she barely blocked, though she had gotton cut on the top of her head, and blood dripped down her forehead. She saw the blue glow and just stared at it for a moment, but then heard the uruk's death cry and she rolled around, barely dodging the uruk's blow that would have killed her. She stood and threw a dagger at the uruk's chest, hitting him just a little off the target she wanted, but it hit well enough to do the job of killing it.

Lira knew that more troops would come and that they would need more help. "Help me." she whispered. The stone's glow intensified and filled her heart with courage and hope. She sent the glow out to the others. "Guys, more troops are coming. But we have some help." she told them.
