Dredge checked his quiver. "Nope, I've got enough," he answered, strapping his quiver around his shoulders along with his hunting knife to his lower back. His hunting bow was tied to his quiver and his sword, as always, was set in its scabbard on his waist. "What about you Aaron," he asked, "You got enough?"

Aaron had been putting the remainder of the jerky in a small puch that he put on his belt. He strapped his crossbow and quiver of arrows to his belt as well. Then he picked up his sword and slid it into it's holder on his back.

"Yeah, I have enough arrows," Aaron replied when Dredge asked him. "So we're splitting in two groups to hunt, then?"

"Yes, I hoped that would speed things," Semmy said in reply to Aaron's question. To both Aaron and Dredge she said, "I presume you both remember where Half Moon Lake is? It's the lake where we fish sometimes. It's about halfway to the village. I figure that's where we'll meet back up."

Semmy turned back to Analise and Amlis. "Ready to go?"

Amlis raised her eyes and looked at Semmy "yes I'm ready" she said "you ready, Analise?"

Analise nodded. "I'm ready as well," she replied both to Amlis and Semmy.

"Ok then," Semmy said, "let's go."

An hour later, Semmy was hidden with Analise and Amlis wondering if it would take too long to buck a deer up into smaller pieces so they could carry it. Deciding that the small delay would be worth it, she pulled back on the bow string. Twang! She let the arrow fly. She deer was close enough that had she missed, she knew she'd hear about it from the two girls beside her. Lucky for her, she didn't miss. "Ok, let's get this over with," Semmy said standing up.
