It is officially open but this rp still have lack of chars that should be filled in in order for me to get this going further. Anyone can join anytime they like though Saturday is the day I plan to start. Chars are mainly from "BB" and "TDK" that is to say, no new character may be added if not taken place in both movies. However, you can always create your original character.

As for the main important rules:

1)No bringing character from DC comics and Bat universe unless we terribly need of one.

2) I hate to say it but all participants are needed to post up to 4-6 sentences in their post but this is not always a must.

3)Romance is allowed. Except for The Joker. He might have a girlfriend later on only not from the very beginning.

I have taken Commissioner Gordon and The Joker is taken by Phoenix. Rest is free for you to claim.

PS: If you have got an idea, share with me. We will work on it together to make it worthwhile to the progress of the rp.

Hmmm... bringing her into life in my rp is not really my idea however, if you think you can play "Sane Harley" for a while because I am sort of thinking to make him cause a new but deadly joke with Batman, Gordon and all others are somehow involved in it. Harley is a Gotham citizen and doc in Arkham for now.
