Murtogg: The Black Pearl is a real ship.
Mullroy: No, it's not.
Murtogg: Yes it is, I've seen it.
Mullroy: You've seen it?
Murtogg: Yes.
Mullroy: You haven't seen it.
Murtogg: Yes, I have.
Mullroy: You've seen a ship with black sails that's crewed by the d.amned, and captained by a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out?
Murtogg: No.
Mullroy: No.
Murtogg: But I have seen a ship with black sails.
Mullroy: Oh, and no ship that's not crewed by the d.amned and captained by a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out could possibly have black sails, therefore couldn't possibly be any other ship than the Black Pearl. Is that what you're telling me?
Murtogg: No.
Mullroy: Like I said, there's no real ship as can match the Interceptor.

Or, basically, Murtogg's the smaller of the two. And really I think they're like Pintel and Ragetti in that they should be played together (though obviously P&R aren't in this RPG, unfortunately). It's just that they're a set pair and constantly play off each other, which can be hard when you have two RPers who get on with different times with different ideas. But it's not my RPG, so I don't really have the power to say yea or nay. You can have them if you like (assuming that's okay with Pip), or I can take them, or anyone really can take them. They're not a huge role to fill, so I wouldn't mind, but neither am I set on having them. ))

((Just a little note- were I not a kind, merciful being who does not want to just end someone's role in an RPG without their consent (yet), Lee and Jake would likely be dead right now. Barbossa is not someone to be trifled with. When his undead crew was on the verge of mutiny, all he had to do was draw a sword to silence them. Barbossa is NOT a kind and merciful being, and I will not be held accountable for his actions if the insubordination persists.))

Without so much as flinching, Barbossa drew a second pistol and aimed it directly at Gibbs. "Actually, I think ye'll find it to be perfectly suited for the likes o' ye," he said in response to Jack's comment. Behind him, several more clicks were heard as several other crewmen trained their pistols on Jack. Barbossa had been wise in hiring men to fill the gaps in the Pearl's previously-sparse crew. The new recruits were, if still lacking somewhat in true loyalty, at least smart enough to know that when the captain pointed a pistol at somebody, you did the same-- that is, unless you wished to find yourself staring down the barrel of the same pistol.

((Well, thanks for not killing Jake and Lee, I don't think Tur would be to happy if she came back and her charries were dead. ))

Now that everyone had pulled there pistols on Jack, Jake deemed in unsafe not to follow there lead. He stepped around to the side, and kind of to the back, pullling out his pistol, but not cocking it. He hoped Barbossa wouldn't notice.

Lee watch Jake walk to the back of the group. He saw were he was coming from, and followed his lead with the un-cocked-pistol method.

Pintel was still now hiding on the stairs up to the deck, watch all these events unfold.

The whole time, Murtogg and Mullroy did their best to fit into the pirates. It was a new trend for them, going from uniforms and cleanliness, to rag tag cloths and... the complete opposite of cleanliness.

Now the captain was pointing a gun at the former captain. They looked at each other, then followed Barbossa's lead, figuring if the rest of the crew was doing so, they should to. Though they stayed near the back.
"Why are we pointing at Sparrow?" whispered Murtogg to Mullroy.
"Because Sparrow has some map Barbossa wants," replied Mullroy.
"Well, I know that. But, why do the rest of us have to point?"
"Because if we don't, we might find a pistol pointed at us instead."
"But Why?"
"Pirates."
"Oh"
