Yes, it was Davey Jones.
The Captain of the Sea appeared, hobblin' down the moss infested stairs with a solid face. "How'a are the'a two birds'a? Especially th' Sparr'aw?" he asked coming closer to their cell. He lifted the pipe to his lips and blowed out a black whisp of damp smoke.

While Will hid behind the crates, he made a disgusted face at the sound of Jones' voice.
He knew that he would have to make a move soon....or Jack and Portia may never get off the ship.

Portia swallowed hard at the sight of Davey Jones and quickly looked down to the ground. She didn't want to make eye contact with him or anything of the sort. Maybe if she just remained silent, he would go away and leave them alone.

"A bit'a silent'a?" Jones said observing the scene, looking from Portia then to Jack.
"I'm sure'a it can'a be fixed'a..." The Captain said with a grin when he pulled out that all familiar doll again.

Will peeked his small brown eyes over the top of the crates silently. Seeing the doll in Jones' hand again made him even more determined that ever. How could he continue to torture a man so? What sort of being was he?
Will crept around the crates closer toward Jones and readied himself.

Portia stared at the doll with wide eyes. She quickly shook her head and looked up to Jones' face. "Please, don't hurt him anymore!" She yelled at him and felt tears reach her eyes. She just wanted to go home. She needed rest or else she would go insane.

"Aye don't hurt me anymore!" Jack piped in raising a protesting finger against Captain Jones.
"Ya see Sparr'aw, ya should've nev'er 'ad tried'a to escape'a in the first'a place." Davey Jones took no heed to Jack or Portia. A tentacle from his beard took out another sharp shard of metal, and he plunged it into the Voo Doo doll's ear.

That was it! Will did not want Jack to suffer anymore nor did he want to see Jones laugh and mock Jack about it.
Pulling out the knife that his father gave him, from a pocket inside of his vest, Will jumped out from behind the crates seizing two of Jones' tentacles in his hand. Without hestitation, he sliced off them off.

Portia gasped at both what Davey Jones did and what William had done. She quickly looked over to Jack, to see if what Davey had done had taken effect on him yet. She bit her lip softly and looked over his face. "Are ye okay?" She asked him softly.

Davey Jones growled and he stumbled backwards. The sliced tentacles went into a wild frenzy and dripped black ink down the Captain's chest and the planks below. "Ya' stupid soul'a..." he snarled towards William with an angered face.
"BO'SUN!" yelled Davey Jones.

Jack took in air and he crashed into the brigs bars, clutching the side of his ear. His jaw opened agape and his blind eyes stared out into the distance as a severe numbing feeling came over his left ear.

This did not stop Will. "You are the stupid soul Jones! Because you've harmed an innocent man, once again, I will harm you in return."
Dashing toward Jones, Will had no mercy. He grabbed the doll from Jones and then stabbed him in the chest as least three times.
He then threw the doll to Portia, "Here! Keep it safe!"
