Maccus, tossed Bootstrap and Portia in the same cell Jack and William were in.
The cell door shut and Jack leaned upon it, "Well done...if this is how ye intend on rescuin' me, then I will do the plannin' from 'ere on after..savvy?"

Portia glared at Jack and then leaned against the cell bars, angrily. "Shut up, or I'll do it fer ye." She hissed and then looked down to the ground. She sighed deeply and ran her hands down her face, in aggravation.

Bootstrap Bill reached into his coat and pulled out not the doll, but a set of keys on a moss infested ring.
"Where did ye get that?" Jack inquired almost immediately and he closed in towards Bill.
"Get 'em off ol' Maccus..fool will know there missin' 'n only an amount o' time...we need to get ou' now."

Portia looked over to Bill and nibbled on her lower lip. She ran her fingers through her hair and then looked over to Will for a few moments. She sighed deeply and then looked down to the ground, feeling quite stupid for blowing her cover earlier.

Jack snagged the keys from Bootstrap's encrusted hand and sprung towards the lock placed the key inside.
"Come on...come on...that's it...come on." Jack mummbled to himself fighting with the stubborn lock that just wouldn't open.
"Hurry Jack." Bill warned with a eager look, "Maccus will be comin' down in a moments time.."

Portia swallowed hard and wrapped her arms around herself for a few moments. She continued staring at the ground, silently. She didn't want to talk to anyone at the moment about anything.

Will looked to Portia who sat on the floor. Grabbing her by the arm, he said, "Get up and stop pouting. Everything is in the past now. What matters is the future and our getting out of here!"
Looking over Jack's shoulder, he persisted along with his father, "Hurry Jack! Come on!"

Portia angrily pulled her arm away from Will and then looked to the outside of the cell. She remained silent and sighed a bit, to calm herself down. She didn't want to start a fight with anyone.

Jack pulled his hand away from the key and shook the burn out of it. "The bloody door won't open!"
Jack threw angry fists at the bars...which then, miracuously opened.
Wide-eyed and frozen for a moment Jack muttered, "Thank ye.." to the door.

Portia quickly got out of the cell as well and then looked around a bit. She sighed deeply and then got out her sword. She slowly looked up the stairs that led to the deck and then saw a shadow. "Someone's comin'!" She whispered to them and backed away from the stairs.

"Quick!" Bootstrap whispered. He pulled the Voo Doo doll out of his coat and tossed it towards William. "Take care o' 'im! Get ou' of 'ere...there's a way!"
Rising up, Bill climbed the stairs coming face to face with Maccus, "Beggin' yer pardon, I was only checkin' on the prisoners..."
Maccus placed a cold hand on Bootstrap's shoulder and leaned into his face, "I'll be decidin' that."
Maccus began making his way downstairs.

Will flinched as the doll was thrown in his direction, "Careful!" Gently placing it into his vest, he drew his sword and said, "Jack, Porita, get behind me!" Placing his body behind the wall to the stairs, he waited patiently with short breaths for Maccus to appear.

Portia looked over to Will and nodded. She quickly went to stand behind Will. She stared at the stairs and waited for Maccus to come down them. She would be ready to kick some fishy butt, if needed.
