Obi-Wan shot a quick uneasy glance toward Anakin. He was not comfortable with this situation.
After thinking silently for a couple seconds, he abruptly said, "What do you think, my young padawan?"

Anakin blinked out of his gaze towards Padme, and looked quickly to Obi-Wan, "I...uh..." He cleared his throat and restarted, "I know we will keep Miss Padme safe."
His eyes slid over to look at her smooth face, "You have my word m'lady.."

Padme looked to Anakin and smiled a little. "That I know, Anakin." She said sweetly and then looked back to Obi-Wan. "I've often have a decoy that goes in seperate places. So... you'll have to double check who is who." She said.

Anakin nodded his head in agreement to Obi-Wan Kenobi, but then looked to Padme, remembering what she had said earlier, "Decoy or no decoy, I could never mistake anyone for you." He grinned and looked upon her face.

Padme was blushing, but she thanked god no one noticed, due to all of the make-up she was wearing. She smiled to Anakin and then looked down to the floor. "I have a meeting soon with other Senators. I can have my guards escort the both of you to your rooms."

He looked toward Eljaraj and Padme with an irritated look. "Yes, I think Anakin and I should be shown to our rooms."

Anakin took a step back and lowered his head, looking flustered why Obi-Wan scolded him so. "Forgive me Master." he said in a rude, sarcastic tone.

Padme nodded and then looked to her guards. They immediately took action and walked toward Obi-Wan and Anakin. "This way, Master Jedi." One of the guards said to Obi-Wan. Padme looked back to Obi-Wan and smiled to him. "Shall I see the two of you at dinner tonight?"

Obi-Wan gave Anakin one last piercing look and then nodded toward the guard with acknowledgement.
Facing Padme and Eljaraj, he said, "Yes, we will accompany you for dinner, princess. You as well, Eljaraj." He smiled kindly and then proceeded to follow the guard.
