Meleth had successfully kicked a man in the shin just then and was generally being extremely difficult, earning herself a hard shove onto the stone floor (which was unpleasantly reminiscent of earlier that day) after her hands were roughly unbound. She spat the gag out, looking disgusted, and winced, rubbing her wrists. "I suppose I deserved that."
