Kara nodded slowly and continued walking. She felt so miserable for leaving all of her friends and memories behind. But, in a way, she was happy about what she was doing. It would give her a fresh start. She sighed and gave her suitcases a tighter grip. "Thank you..." She told him, in a tiny voice.

Thomas hmped with a slight sadness in it.

"well it`s not the end of our friendship, but just a small break so don`t worry nor thank me since I don`t deserve it..."

They arrived at the station with sad feelings, Thomas looked at Kara once before taking money out of his pocket and handing them out to her.

"That should help you in the start, I had some money saved up for a bad day and this surely is one...."

Kara looked at the money and then looked back up at him. "Tom... I can't take that." She looked into his eyes, very sadly. She felt tears come to her eyes and she hugged him tightly. She was going to miss him a lot.

Thomas quickly looked at her with a slight anger in it, not that he would showed hate, but slight fustration.

"Dammit Kara! This is not a matter to disgussed about, you take my money when I offer some, you are too hard headed to realise that you`ll need this money...."

Thomas fell quiet and slapped himself, he burried his face in his hands.

"I sounded like your aunt didn`t I?"

Thomas asked with an ashamed voice.

Kara looked slightly scared, when he yelled at her. She grabbed her suitcases again and quickly headed for her train. She was not expecting Thomas to yell at her. Before she had pulled away from the hug, she had slid the letter she wrote to him in his pocket. She couldn't even say, "Bye" to him because he had freaked her out.

Thomas didn`t even dare to lift his face up as Kara got on the train since he didn`t want his only friend to see him cry, he was ashamed of his acting and words. He shouldn`t have been like that, nor he usually wasn`t, but he never admitted himself how much this hurt him as much as it did Kara. The train left leaving Thomas weaping on the bench, he then raised his eyes for a while to see the trains end go farther away from him.

He got up drying his tears and then began walking away with a sad smile towards his home.

Kara sat on the train, alone. She was crying hard and she instantly regretted leaving Thomas without a proper goodbye. She bit her lip and covered her face with her hands. She just cried more and more.
