This one will be a handful, thought Rain. But as the medicine cat, she must try to keep the peace. She wondered what Starclan had in store for them, although she knew they did not actively control as much as most cats thought they did. Still, she loved them as her own future Clan, and the dreams they sent were a great help.

"I never let kits speak to me in that way, therefore i will never let you speak to me in that way." he lowered his face so it was a couple inches from her face. "You have the mindset of a kit who has just wandered out into the sun." He leaped of her and headed into the woods. "Follow me"

Satin, taken aback slightly, decides to let it go. As she gets to her feet, her eyes glitter darkly. On silent pads she follows Valen out of the camp, her green eyes watching his every move and waiting for the perfect opportunity......

Valen leaped onto a nearby hawthorn tree and starts to climb swiftly into the branches. He reashes the highest branches and sits basking in the setting sun.

(I don't wanna sound mean, or anything like that.... I just thought it a bit of a power-play.....)

Satin watches Valen scale the tree. She then comes to a stop right below it and looks up at him unblinkingly, almost as if willing him to fall out of it. "And what are you s'posed t'be doing up there?..... I thought you were gonna 'teach' me, not play in the trees all day..... Some of my kits were smarter'n you...." A sly smirk crosses her face as she throws his words back at him......
