However, Will heard neither Portia or Jack. He had drifted into a deep sleep within the manner of a few seconds. Snoring softly with his mouth half open, Will made small sand particles roll away from his face.

[Sure thing, guys!]
Portia, Will and Jack had been living on the shore of the island for many days now. Thankfully, they had found food and fresh water to drink; not salt water. They had made themselves a little tent-like thing for sleeping under and for shelter if it were to rain. It was made of sticks and tied together by the leaves of palm trees. There weren't many on their side of the island.
Portia was deep in the forest now, looking for some wood for the fire that Will was trying to start up back at camp. She gathered some different things along with the wood and then heard something heavy crunch down onto a leave. Her head snapped up as she looked around the area. Her eyes were darting back and forth and then looked back behind her and saw nothing. Then, when she turned back around, a sphere was pointed at her face and there was a man in a grass skirt in front of her. He had many tattoos on him and a lot of body paint. Her eyes widened and she screamed at the man, which caused the man to scream too. She made a face at him, held on tightly to her things and then started running back to camp. "WILL! JACK!" She yelled, seeming really freaked out.

"Will! Jack!" a faint voice called in the distance.
Jack groaned and twitched his eyebrows. The pirate wasn't going to get up, nor did he want to get up. She, it or he, whatever was calling him could wait.

Will had by now given up on making a fire. From the rain they had received the day before, the wood and twigs were still damp. "I'm done," Will said to Jack as he threw his hands up in the air.
Scooting away from the fire pit, he sat with his hands on his knees in the sand.
Suddenly, his head twisted and looked toward the jungle, "What was that? Jack, did you hear that?"

Portia continued running as fast as she could from the man in the grass skirt. She had lost a few things of wood, but it didn't matter. She looked over her shoulder and saw one more add to the group. Her eyes widened and she ran slightly faster.
"WILL, JACK!" She yelled again and was fairly close to the beach. She turned her head around and ran right into a tree. She stood there for a few moments, staring at it, but then fell to the ground, unconcience.
The two men looked over her with their spears pointed to her to make sure that she wouldn't harm them. They poked her a bit and realized that she wouldn't do anything, so they both started to bind her arms together and her legs together.

Jack moved over, with a squint in his eye and a clenched jaw. Apparently the pirate was anything but happy at the awakening.
"William, ye ne'er cease to irritate me. . ." Jack sat up and scratched his dreads, and plopped his hat over his head. "And what did ye want?"

"Shhhh!" William hushed rudely. His eyes twitched as he listened for another shout...... "THERE! Did you hear it? It's Portia!"
Will leap to his feet and grabbed Jack by the arm, "Get up man! We need to find Portia!"
