Slightly perplexed by his decidedly odd behavior, Raven contemplated whether or not to ask what was going on, and after remaining silent for a few moments, she finally asked, "Is something..bothering you?"

He'll probably just tell you it's none of your business..

It took a minute for Ty's mind to register that Raven had asked him a question.

"Hmm? Oh, I-uh, its a dream I had, I don't understand it. I was there, and believe it or not, you were there. But we were both much younger. On a wonderfull island, I assumed that it was the Exile's capital, but I don't see how I would know it in such detail, I have never been there." Tynel stopped ubruptly and his jaw set.

"Its very confusing."

(As long as you post a bio first, yes..)

Raven could see how it was confusing, it even confused her just hearing about it. She was sure she would have remembered meeting him before, and she didn't..then again, she didn't remember all that much of her childhood, truth be known.

"Confusing, and odd.." Raven admitted quietly.

"Mmm, I thought so too." Tynel zoned out for a moment and then came back to reality with a start.

"Anyway, how long do you think it will take for us to get to the capital? Assuming you have been there, or at least near there before."

Pausing for a moment, Raven thought for a moment. "I'd say two days..three maybe, at the most." she responded. "And yes..I've been there before."

Dalen berated himself inwardly when he saw Raven stagger and fall to her knees. I should have realized that's why she was walking stiffly! he thought to himself. Mira beat him to it, though, asking Raven if she was all right.
"Yeah, I'm just fine," Raven said. Dalen snorted. A person would have to be blind to not detect that lie. She ignored them for the time being, pulling off her boot and fastening a splint to her leg from her supplies next to her. Dalen shook his head. Everyone always believed they could do better than others when they were treating themselves. Well, I do too, I suppose.
As he turned away, he raised an eyebrow at the one woman who had not introduced herself yet. "I'm afraid I don't know you, though you seem to think I do, since you haven't introduced yourself. If we have met before, I beg your pardon, because I do not remember you."

---

That'd be your character, Meldawen.

Name: Zenith Fal'dara
Age 23 in human years
Gender: Female
Race: Elf
Faction: Usurper
Attire(style of dress): Long, black trousers, Tall black boots, full black blouse, Black leather Vambraces, sword belt. She has light armour, but doesn't wear it for the most part, only keeps it on hand.
Weapons: A single-edged, slightly-curved sword. Numerous daggers.
History: A firm Usurper, she has been raised to believe the Exiles are bloodthirsty barbarians who kill and promote chaos for their own sadistic pleasure. This hatred towards the Exiles is reinforced by the belief that they savagely tortured and killed the rest of her family and left her for dead when she was a baby. Due to her immense hatred of the Seafolk, she enlisted in the Military as soon as she was able and soon found herself in a prominent position in the Navy. She trains in swordfighting and unarmed combat mercilessly so as to be the best prepared to face any Exile she meets. However, her latest assignment has forced her to control her reckless hatred of the Seafolk...

"Captain Fal'dara, prompt as always. Once more you prove yourself to be most ... capable. I trust you will not dissapoint me as you carry out your new orders." Fal'dara nodded her head, her pale face devoid of emotion. She was surprised, but she had learned long ago to conceal any emotion. Her superior quirked an eyebrow, "No questions, Captain? Very well, here are your orders, be on your way." Nodding sharply, the raven-haired elf accepted the folded slip of paper and turned to leave. "Fal'dara," the aging officer hesitated a brief second before finishing, "Good luck." Zenith quirked her lips up in an awkward imitation of a small smile before leaving the room.
Striding down the narrow corridor, the young elf looked every inch the proud Captain Zenith Fal'dara. She had made a life for herself here, and she had every right to be proud of her accomplishments. The new orders were a display of the trust in her abilities, she told herself firmly, not a demotion. But even as she repeated the thought, she couldn't help but feel she was being brushed off.
Stepping outside into the sunlight courtyard, the tall elf strode purposefully towards a small bench and sat down. Mentaly steeling herself, she carefully broke the seal on the document, pausing a moment before actually unfolding it. She hurriedly scanned the document, her azure eyes widening and then flashing with increasing anger as she gripped the paper harder and harder. With a sudden gesture, she ripped the document in two, her eyes hard and burning with hatred. You will infiltrate the ranks of the Exiles the document wrote, detailing just how that would accomplished, seeking as much information as possible on the location of all islands, the structure of their ships, and their plans. It will be up to you to decide how. Good Luck, Captain.

That had been a week ago to the day, and since that time Zenith Fal'dara had managed to come up with a decent cover story should any question her claim to be an Exile. She was currently vacating her old quarters on board her ship, before leaving to present her plight to a safehouse for Exiles, recently discovered by the Usurpers. Dressed in her simple, but normal outfit of a sailor, and carrying a sack over her shoulder, she could very well be an Exile elf, separated at birth from her people and forced into slavery.
Climbing up to the deck, she stopped in surprise as she heard the tell-tale sound of swords, and felt the ship moving out to sea. Frowning to herself, she quickened her pace and stepped up onto the deck. The dark-haired elf saw with some surprise that there were already several others on deck, and from the looks of them and the weapons they carried, at least one of them was an Exile.

Ok, so I'm on the same ship as the rest of you, not a different one.

Thyiri gave Dalen a sharp glance, like a drawn sword quickly sheathed. Then her sly, breezy expression was back and she remarked casually, "To the contrary, if nobody asks the question of me, why should I answer?" a quick grin spread across her lips. "Seeing as you did ask, though, I'm Thyiri."

Her head swiveled to cast a surprised glance at the newcomer, and her eyebrows flew up but she folded her arms and said nothing.

Dalen nodded. "Thank you, my lady," he said when she introduced herself. Hearing the hatch open, he spun around, his axe in his hand before he realized he had moved. "Who are you?" he asked coolly, though every muscle in his body was tensed, waiting only for an answer along the lines of 'Usurper' to unleash. She would not last long, then, unless she was far better with that sword at her side than any person he had ever fought before, which he did not believe she was.

"Who are you?" the human asked, his eyes flashing with barely controled suspiscion as he tightened his grip on the large axe he carried. Taking a split second to asses the group, she allowed a carefully-calculated expression of startled surprise to cross her face.

"I'm known as Zenith Fal'dara." she said, betting that they wouldn't recognize the name. "As to my real name, I wouldn't know what it was. My parents were killed by the Usurpers--" she allowed a flash of hate to cross her face, "and I was raised as a slave by them." She waited, hoping that she had convinced them. If this didn't work, it would be a very short mission, indeed.

Tynel watched all of this unfold with his light green eyes, looking into the eyes of those who spoke. When it came time for the stranger to speak, the one who called herself Zenith Fal'dara, he looked into her eyes, and saw an uncertinty, and what could be deceat. Ty did not change his expression, and didn't say anything. He would have to be warry of this Zenith. He turned to Raven, who was still right by him, after their conversation.

"I don't trust her." He made sure only Raven could hear his statement.

Eyeing the stranger with notable apprehension, Raven nodded her agreement of Tynel's quiet statement to her.

"Neither do I...something's not right.." she said, voice so low it could only be heard by him, while she tried to readjust her expression of mistrust.

Tynel nodded. Trying to assume his normal easy-going expression.

"Go casual." he put his good hand on her shoulder and walked away with a smirk.

"Well, then, welcome aboard, friend." He said louder so that everyone could hear him.

"I would be more of a gentleman in normal circumstances, but for now we will dispose of formalities." With that, he walked away, over to a thick post of decoritive railing on the edge of the ship, and began exercising his hurt arm, gently swinging at it with a long, hooked knife.

They didn't believe her. Zenith cursed the bad luck that had placed her in this position. Of all the people in the Usurper military, it had to be her. She could see the distrust in Tynel and Raven's eyes, as she had been trained to read even the most minute expression. She would have to be espescially careful; the barbarians were smarter than she thought they would be. But they are not worthy of my respect - those who torture and kill innocents deserve only death. And, she reminded herself grimly, that was exactly what she would give them. After all, they had only proved her belief that they were heartless savages. But given time and the correct person... perhaps that opinion would change...

If anyone had been watching her at the moment , they would have seen a curious change come over Thyiri's face. She looked anxious, wary, and her hands clutched the ship's railing tightly. Her eyes were empty. After a split second she shook herself and her normal expression returned, but the distrust that the others seemed to have of Zenith had for some reason made her quite uneasy. Perhaps her secrecy had more to it than one meeting her might have originally thought.
