She nodded and fixed a pleasant smile on her face, her nerves lessening somewhat. "Lannie Potter," she said, extending a hand. "Yes, Professor Jackson said it would be a good experience for me."

Ben shook Lannie's hand.
"An experience indeed. It might be a good one if you look at it in a certain perspective. As long as you don't mind the possibility of going to jail, finding yourself in difficult, dangerous, or life threatening situations. Oh, and don't mind bailing those of us who do go to jail, or beging caught or threatened by other human beings. If you don't mind any of that, and you know your history well enough, then welcome abourd."

Riley looked back and forth between Ben and Lannie as they spoke. He gave Ben a slightly worried look as Ben laid it all out on the line to Lannie. He wondered how she would take it. After all, this was not quite what she probably would've had in mind, right? Eh, but it was better she knew it all from the start so there were no surprises, he supposed. He put his hands in the back pockets of his jeans and looked over at Emily.

Riley kept his eyes trained on the ground and tried to hide a smile as he heard Kira. He looked back up at Ben when Lannie responded, and he waited to see what Ben would say. Good, he thought, so everything is clear now and she knows what she's getting into?

Riley nodded, although it was mostly to himself. He remained silently in the background for a short time before finally piping in, "Well, I need to be going, Ben. I will see all of you tomorrow? At the airport?" he began backing out of the group with a smile and a quick wave of the hand.
