This is where I step in again to voice my opinions. Draco is not a bad guy. He's just misunderstood. Voldemort would sooner kill him than make him successor. It's all in Book 6. However, it is all creative license to CedricsGirl, so if she wants to make Draco his successor than that's the way it shall be.
