Powers: Hmmm... Assuming you want me to make these up, he can put people to sleep with music, he can use his music to influence people, and he can give people the gift of music as he pleases.

Misc: Has a long, curved, highly decorated kantana which he fights with, and also always carries his flute with him.

Well I would just look up some gods and goddesses of different cultures (Norse, Greek, Celtic, Egyptian, etc.) and try to get some ideas.
