Governs: The Sea, all fish and sea creatures, the tides. Dragons and sea-serpents

Hair: Light brown hair, sun bleached to a, dark blond. Reaches his waist, tangled.
Appearance: He has a sea-serpents tail of aquamarien. When on land two dragons legs grow from it.
Steed: A sea serpent drawn chariot
Attire: Nothing except a cloke all the hues of the sea.
Personality: Prone to tremendos power, either calm and helpful, or in a blood rage. He has not taken kindly to the majority of Humans in the past.
Weapons: A tridant (aww come on I had to)
