(The Gathering is different from when the medicine cats journey to the Moonstone, but I'll assume that's what you meant. )

"Well, as you know, we're not allowed to say what Starclan told us, but the journey there was fun. I was glad to see the other medicine cats again." Inwardly, Glim sighed. Her dead brother had been the warrior Starclan had chosen to speak with her, as he often was. Although they still loved one another, it could not quite be the same...any Starclan cat knew mysteries she could not, just as she knew things the rest of the Clan could not.

Dragonclaw feasted on the bird, spitting feathers out onto the ground. "Somethings wrong with the birds this year, they taste weird and don't have enough meat on them." Dragonclaw shook her head and continued to eat.

Maybe that was what Starclan meant, thought Glim, when they said change is coming like a wind through the trees... Aloud she said, "You're right. I wonder if it's Twolegs. If you start feeling sick, though, come to me right away. I do hope nothing's poisoned our birds. I'm sorry, I hope I didn't ruin your appetite," Glim apologized.

Dragonclaw nodded, "I'll be sure to come to you if i feel the need arises." Dragonclaw regarded the new cat, her eyes flashing, her tail twitched and she crouched a little bit more, ready to spring if the cat attacke. She unsheathed her claws and licked her fangs. She thanked Starclan for her weapons. She growled a thinly veiled threat but it caught in her throat. The cat had an unusual look to her.

(OOC:forgot to mack the eye colour of Dragonclaw, i think they'll be a vivid ornage with a thin line of red around the pupil.)

"Thank you," Glim said to Dragonclaw, finishing their conversation. She addressed the newcomer. "Greetings, but who are you? I do not scent any of the other clans on you, but you should know that we prefer most outsiders to stay out of our territory," she told her, though not unkindly. (I would offer to go along with you to our leader, to see if you could stay, but we don't officially have one yet. )

Sunstar emerged from her den. Her emerald eyes glowed brightly. Her tail swung through the air with content. Her ears pricked as one of her warriors growled. The she-cat crouched in defense at the sight of the unfamilliar cat. She slunk over. Friendly as she was strangers were danger. "Greetings stranger," she said as polite as she could muster.

The new cat smiled slightly, revealing her longer-than-normal fangs. "Excuse me for not introducing myself.... You're right, I'm not from around her...." She nodded to the cat that said she had no clan-smell. "I traveled a long way to get here, and was wondering if I could join your clan.... But you might want to post better sentries...." Here she smirked. "And my name is Satin.... Black Satin....."
