Alassea hesitated. She was really beginning to be rather tired of dancing, but one glance up into Bryne's eyes sent shivers down her spine and before she knew it she was smiling shyly and saying, "I would not dream of it," while vaguely, somewhere in the back of her mind, wondering what had happened.

Rilion looked a little surprised, a major expression of emotion for him. "How sudden," he commented, letting go Azura's arm to hurriedly shut a pair of doors that had been open onto a balcony. His eyes strayed suspiciously to Rosa, and he muttered. "An enchantress, eh?"

Rosa saw a young man hurry by here and heard his words. She smiled secretly and walked over to wards the now unaconpanied Alassea "Greetings Lady I am the Lady Rosa."

"Indeed!" Jeral responded with enthusiastic bravedo!

"Indeed we must!"

Then he lowered his voice to a softer whisper, hopefully looking at Diana...

"...erm, do you think we could find me a shirt first though?"

Diana glanced obliquely at his bare chest, and the muscles revealed in all their glory nearly made her faint. Privately she'd much rather him keep his torso unclothed, but nevertheless she sighed, "I would not mind at all."

Rilion could feel a slight aura humming in the air. He turned to bow to Azura and say, "I apologize, my lady, but I have a suspicion there may be the need to stop an unfortunate event from conspiring here. Will you excuse me?" he smiled charmingly and without waiting for her answer strode over to where he knew Rosa to be.

"My lady, could I have a word?"

Azura frowned a bit. This was the second time tonight a man had suddenly deserted her. Usually it wasn't like this.

Bryne smiled and led Alassea back onto the dance floor.

As rilon approched Rosa eyed him up with a wickid smile. She curstyed. "Of course my Lord, what did you wish to speack of" she asked stareing into his eyes.

Rilion looked at her curiously for a moment, his own eyes oddly unfocused. They cleared briefly and he stammered (an unusual occurance for him) "Ah - I - wanted to speak to you about..." here he trailed off, looking at Rosa dully.

Suddenly he seemed to recover himself - or did he? "My lady, I would be delighted if you would dance with me," Rilion said, seeming completely unaware that he had ever spoken to her for any other purpose. "You are the most beautiful of all the ladies I have ever seen..."

"Why thankyou My Lord Rilon, i would be delighted to dance with you..." she smiled at himand took his hand, maybe this ball would be fun after all. She let him take her onto the dance floor but refused to look at him.

Azura frowned as Rilion went onto the dance floor with the woman he had gone to talk to. She walked along the side of the dance floor, looking casual, but keeping an eye on the pair.

Rosa twirled gracefully into his arms, then back out, pressing her bdy against his as she did so. yet she still refused to look directly at him, whilst never missing a step.

Rilion looked dazed, but he danced beautifully and while Rosa would not look at him his eyes seemed fixed on her, in an almost obsessive manner. This would have seemed very rude to anyone passing, but such is love...or at least obsession...
