(I'm baaaccckkk! Thanks for playing Firis all who did! And I just want to say, swords etc. tend to be a bit better for the plot line, considering the magic aspect, and the magical creatures, guns kill too many, too quickly... but I guess that they're ok...)

Firis wandered into the cave, and sat down, trying to ignore everyone, she tried not to meet anyones eyes, she was embarassed.

Meridian followed her into the cave, his footsteps heavy, and slow. His black eyes were baleful, and full of pain.

They both settled quietly at the side of the cave, no words passed between them, or anyone else, they were alone with their thoughts as they watched the other Chosen.

"I can understand that," Adilya comforted Rena, "I've had my series of times also. It is almost this feeling that you need to be healed inside. Right?"

"Not just that the other chosen... well... it's also that I called my mom from a pay phone... but the neighbor answered. Said my mom on in a concusion in the hospital from a car crash. It's too much... I'm only thirteen, I can only take that much sorrow... but I won't let my age be an excuse for being weak..."

"It's kind of hard to explain," Adilya looked to the side trying to figure out a good way to say it, but, once thinking of nothing she just spoke. "Basically, you would want to be good side," Adilya joked and continued in a more serious manner, "I have the ability to make you feel life or make you feel death. That is as simple as I can go."

Zero, by now very bored, gave up his game of tossing rabbit bones into the air and sinding a burst of fire to disintegrate them. He loved the heat. He thrived in it. But presently he had better things to do than frying rabbit bones. He looked back and asked, "So, where are you expecting to go next? and where's the Keeper of the Eggs?."

Then he added, "If we've got a while until we journey, I'd like to know beforehand so I can plan for myself."

He turned back to face nature and her naturalness and started tossing up and down a palmful of fire. He's getting no sleep again today, he could feel it.

Airithnu was getting a little bored also and she wanted to see if this "Zero" charactor would answer her this time, so, still in her sitting postition and not opening her eyes, she asked him, her tone completely casual,

"Not used to working in a group, are we?"

"I knew you would," Adilya smiled, withdrawing her power and choosing not to mention how long it had been since she had used that power last. Patting Rena's back, Adilya sat right next to her, "Do you know how soon we are leaving?"

"We will continue heading North. We plan on leaving tomorrow." Emmeline said, she gazed into the fire with an odd look on her face. She wanted the job to be finished. She couldn't stand the fact that most of her friends died for this journey.
