Mick was slightly surprised, but only shrugged before kissing her back. It felt good to be back with a person he loved.

Katrina smiled as she felt Mick kiss back. Wrapping her arms around him, she hugged him tight.

Mick hugged Katrina, and when they broke he looked at her smiling. Then, his cellphone rang. Mick glanced at Katrina before reaching over to the table and picking it up. It was Joesef. Mick nodded at what Josef said, then shut the phone. "Why would a vampire hunter come to Los Angeles..." Mick muttered. Yes, Josef had just warned him that a vampire hunter was in town.

When she heard those words Katrina froze. A Vampire Hunter, the thought of one being there made her scared for Micks safety. She looked into Mick's eyes and knew her fear was showing.

Mick looked at Katrina. "It's ok Katrina. Both Josef and I are descreet. We should be fine. Though we might have to kill the vampire hunter."

Vlad stopped in an apartment grouping. He took hold of his notebook, of possible suspects. On the notebook were the names "Josef, and Mick St. John" He knew the apartment where he could find Mick. Soon, he was climbing up the stairs to the floor that Mick's apartment was on.

Katrina swallowed. "Your sure. I don't want to loose you again."

Mick looked at Katrina honestly. "I will be fine. I will live." He then heard a knock on the door and opened the door.

Vlad grinned when he saw Mick. The person he had been searching for. "'Ello. Mick St. John isn't it." He said in a posh British accent. He strode inside, his black overcoat swaying out behind him as his black shoes clicked on the floor. His green eyes hesitated when he saw the woman. Perhaps a vampire as well... he would have to wait and find out.

Katrina looked at the man, then back at Mick. "Mick." She said in a worried one.

Mick looked cautiously at the stranger who had just walked in. "Yes, it is. PI Mick St. John. How may I help you?" He asked. Then, during the silence he deeply inhaled. This man was human, yet something seemed strange about him.

Vlad grinned at the female then turned to look at Mick. "Many, many ways. Mind if I take a look around? Oh, and have a snack. I am terribly hungry." He stated as he began to make his way towards the refirgerator.

Katrina swallowed when it hit her who this man was. Thinking quck she called out. "Sir, I'm sorry but we really don't have food. I haven't been able to do shopping around because of my Ankle, I was told to saty off it as much as I can. And Mick, my fiance couldn' because of his job. "we have been having take out the last couple of days. "She pointed to the garbage that had the take out wrappers. "I'm sorry if it is an inconvinunce. But I could order for you if you want something."

Mick let out a slight sigh of relief at what Katrina said. He could not have people go through his refergerator.

Vlad turned to look at Katrina, raising an eyebrow. Smart girl, she was. "Well then, I shall get myself a drink as I am thirsty as well." He said, turning on his heel and beginning to make his way again towards the refergerator.

"Actually, we ran out of juice milk and even pop. Other then tap water we haven't had any thing to drink for a week." She turned to Mick and gave him a look saying 'play along'. "I told you to get some groceries today, Mick."

Mick rolled his eyes slightly in response. "Sure you did. I don't remember you saying that, besides I was busy working on a case. Honestly, you cannot think I would stop just for grocies when I have much more important things to do." He stated. Yes, he would play along.

Vlad raised an eyebrow at Mick and then narrowed his eyes at Katrina. She knew he was a vampire hunter, she was stopping him from going into the refergerator. She was protecting Mick. This would be harder than what he thought.

Katrina mentally thinked Mick and rolled her eyes. "I figured. Thats why I left a message on your cell. Did you even check? Of course you never do."

Mick grinned. "Of course not. I hardly use that thing. Only when I need to phone someone for business."

Vlad rolled his eyes. He wasn't going to leave that easily, even if they were annoying. He pulled out a gun and pointed it at Mick. "Listen here. Shut the bloody hell up. Or, I shoot. These are silver bullets."

Katrina paled. She knew what silver did to a vampire. She looked at Mick scared. She knew if the man pulled the trigger, Mick could be dead, but she would stop them, she knew when it came down to it, she would go infront of Mick.
