(hmmm, unfortunatly, I think by now R_T is gone, Rain...  I think we should keep going the way we were and just make it take a little longer for them to get to Texas while we wait for R_T's return... you know explain them on the airplane and such maybe?)

Abigail looked at her watch, where is everybody? The flight leaves in half an hour and nobody's here yet! Setting her carry-on luggage by an uncomfortable looking chair, she sat down and waited for the flight to be called.

Lannie entered the airport with a sigh of relief as she glanced at the flight board. The plane hadn't left yet. She checked in before glancing around for any familiar faces. She sighed and settled down in a chair near the window. At least she wasn't the only one that was late.

Kira strolled up to Abagail and Lannie with a doughnut in one hand and a cup of Starbucks coffee in the other. Her small carryon bag had the strap go around her shoulder while the bag was at her right hip.
"You look so jittery," Kira mentioned to Abagail after she swallowed another bite of her doughnut, "The plane doesn't leave for some thity some odd minutes."

Lannie smiled. "Good morning, Kira." She smoothed her pants. She had chosen flats today, not wishing to have a repeat of the previous day. She sipped from her own travel mug of coffee.

Ben grumbled to himself as he walked through the metal-detector thing for the umpteenth time. First it was for his keys he had forgot were in his pocket, then for the zippers on his jacket. Then the bracelet he had forgotten was on his wrist, and also a ring on his finger that he had grown so accustomed to whereing he forgot to take it off. When finally he stepped through the portal and nothing beeped, he sighed with releif. He pulled on his shoes, jacket, bracelet, ring, and pocketted his keys. Then Ben shouldered his carry-on bag which was a single-strap shoulder, navy blue and grey backpack. He made his way to all the asorted stores where he bought himself a coffee and a chocolate glazed doughnut.
Ben munched hungrily on his doughnut, and sipped the hot coffe as he made his way to the right gate. Every few gates he checked his ticket for the right number, which was stashed on the side of his carry-on where a net was made for a water-bottle(which was absent from that spot). He finally walked up to the three ladies.
"Sorry I'm late. The metal detector didn't want me to pass through. And then the coffee lady got my order mixed up the first and second times around. And it took forever to find a parking space. Boy, I'm having a bad day so far," he sat down with a sigh. "Plus, this morning was a bad hair day."

Emily had been at the airport for some time now. She had already gotten her luggage all taken care of and she had gotten the things she wanted out. She was just eating at a little diner on the inside of the airport, getting her breakfast so that she wouldn't be hungry on the plane ride.
She finished her food and picked up her coffee to take with her on the plane. She sighed happily and walked over to Ben, Abagail and Lannie. She bit her lip and looked around. "Where's Riley?" She asked softly.

Riley rushed to the airport door, dragging his many rolling suitcases behind him. Ugh, he pulled and tugged as the last and biggest case got caught in the door. He struggled with it for a short time as people walked in and out, but finally it was free. He jogged through the airport, looking for the place to leave his luggage and for all his friends.
After dropping off his full bags, which were mostly full of his much needed electronics, he rushed down the halls, stumbling over people and baggage, looking for the right gate. He spotted the gate and his friends after a short time and waved, "hey!" he panted up to them. "you would not believe what I've been through." he tried to catch his breath. "the bus was so slow! And of course I don't have a car anymore." he glared at no one in particular as he made this comment. "And I also couldn't find the right place to leave my luggage. And do you know how unhelpful the staff is here?" he looked at the rest. "hey, where'd you get the doughnuts?" he shifted the only remaining bag he had on him, his laptop case.
(ok, I hope that's right... I've never flown so I'm not exactly sure how all that junk works  )
