"Where are we?" Elizabeth whisphered into the air without the expectation of anyone answering back. Picking herself up from the ground, Elizabeth stood up and stared in amazement at the world around her.
"Look Mom!" Look Mom!" came a little voice yelling on the side of the road, "They're pirates! May I go and see them? Pleeeaaassseee?" _________________ <center>

The sound of the gun which went off seemed to reach Sam moments later. The smirk on her face turned in a look of bewilderment but there was no time to duck or dive. An intense pain spread through her arm and dizzy she crushed on the floor. Everything went fast, including Sam's thoughts: she somehow figured there would be two pistols aimed at Norrington right now but when she peeked up she noticed that Beckett was distracted by his partner's shot. In a matter of seconds Sam made her decision and after taking a deep breath she jumped on her feet, ignoring the incredible pain in her shoulder and her nearly numb arm, and grabbed Norrington's arm, dragging him in the blue vortex.

James' heart leaped as he heard the gunshot and he was patrified. Of course he'd bluffed when he told Keyara to shoot the woman. He would never have intended to have the pirate executed in cold blood. No he brought pirates to justice perhaps that's why he couldn't shoot Beckett.. He looked at Keyara in disgust when suddenly the piarte grabbed his arm and dragged him across the room and they tumbled in the blue thing. He woke up on a hard grey surface, his gun still in his hand, the girl next to him apparantly unconsious. He covered his ears when a red monstrous thing was rolling closer and made a honking sound. He aimed his pistol at the monster but when it didn't attack he quickly took Sam's arms and dragged her onto the pavement. This seemed to make her regain her consiousness for with a groggy voice she asked: "Where are we?" James frowned thinking of an appropriate answer: "We're in hell."

Will typed 911 in her cellphone and waited for her to be connected. She nodded at Teagan and then said: "Yes Hi, this is Will. You need to come over quick. We caught a.. a.." She turned to Gwen and Teagan: "What did we got ourselves..?"

Grace glared at the girls. "We 'got' ourselves a problem bigger than this state. This ain't no ordinary New Yorker. Just like that ain't no ordinary Jack Sparrow pretender." She pointed to Mary Ann, who had set Sparrow down nearby and was looking a bit worried. "And out of the lot of ya'll, am I the only one who realizes that these are the REAL Pirates of the Carribean?!" Grace was getting irritatted now, as she was beginning to lapse back into a southern accent thicker than clotted cream.

"Ehm.." Will started, still covering her phone to muffle the voice of the 911-lady. "Don't you realise Pirates is just a movie?" She bit her lip but then smiled. "It's not real" she said patiently as if she was explaining a toodler that there was no such thing as tooth fairies.

Will looked over to Elizabeth seeming just as intrigued and confused as she was. Just then, he heard a little girl's voice to the side of them. He looked over to her and saw her with her mother. He raised an eyebrow and watched the two of them very closely, looking like a deer in headlights.

Alex was about to speak when she heard her name. She turned. She rolled her eyes when she saw her brother lying limp in their niece's arms. "Here," she said, taking Jack from Mary Ann. She proceeded to drop him on the ground. She took a flask out of her pocket and poured it over Jack's face to wake him. She glanced at Mary Ann. "In response to your question, these are...children from wherever we are. I just gave them a little demonstration with my pistol," she said with a wicked smile. She turned to Carmon. "No, I didn't have to. But I did."

Alanna's jaw dropped as she saw Jack Sparrow lying on the ground with the crazed dark-haired woman standing over him pouring alcohol on his face. "Oh my gosh..." she said in an awe-struck voice. "Is that actually...he's even hotter in person!" She glanced at Alex, and then Will. "Don't call yet! They'd take Jack too!"

Alex rolled her eyes. She was used to this typical enamoured reaction that was often directed towards her brother when he found himself in the presence of women. "Well that's helpful," she said dryly.

Grace stepped forward, "Miss, do you need help?" She directed her question toward Mary Ann. "My friends seem too absorbed in ogleing Jack and calling the cops to be of much assistance."
Mary Ann smiled faintly, "My uncle will be fine, he just passed out from too much rum. See, he's reviving already." Her smile faded and she asked, "Who are the "cops"?"
"Cops, police, inforcers of the law and keepers of the peace." She said this just loud enough that Mary Ann, Jack, and Alex could hear, but not the other girls.

Jack's eyes fluttered open as rum was splashed into his face. Groaning slightly, he sat up and looked around at his strange surroundings. "Gwennie, where are we, love?"

Alanna gasped, interrupting Alex's rant. "He's awake!"
Alex glowered at her for a moment. Alanna fell silent.
"Jack," said Alex angrily. "I accept that responsibility is a concept beyond your grasp, but honestly!"
"Now look what you've done!" said Alanna. "His cheek is going all red!"

Jack shook his head groggally. His head was still fuzzy from too much rum, and a slap across the face hadn't helped. Still... "That one I deserved. Thanks, sis." Getting to his feet, the pirate looked towards the girls. "Why, hello, ladies!" He swept his hat off in a highly overdone bow, "My name is Captain Jack Sparrow, and yours?"

Teagan simply stood in complete and utter shock, not believing anything that was happening at the moment. Jack Sparrow? Real pistols and just who were these girls and who did they think they were? Why were they here and what did they want? More so, were they just pretending to be stupid in the ways of modern technology? Seriously, had they never seen a cell phone before? Teagan’s head was swimming with all of these questions and nothing was comprehendible. “You’re not making any sense at all, mate,” she replied right back at Jack, quoting one of her favorite lines from the movies.

Keyara smirked widely, watching as James and Sam fled. She turned to Beckett with a particularly malicious smile. “Shall we give chase? I’d certainly relish the chance to fill the girl full of holes…” She twirled the pistol in her hand expectantly.

Vari suddenly felt very lightheaded and all of the buildings and people started spinning. She knew it was from loosing so much blood, and not having eaten for nearly a day was making her weak. She laid down the rest of the way onto the pavement and blacked out, the last thing she saw was Emma’s concerned face.

Edward ran as fast as his legs could carry him. He never stopped, only briefly slowing down to make sure Cole was still following. The girls’ screams seemed to be increasing, along with the number of them, too. Why were they chasing them, when there were so many other people traipsing around? And why did they call him and Cole those weird names? While caught up in his thoughts, Edward was too busy looking backwards at Cole and the women to notice the bright yellow fire hydrant placed precariously in front of him and he tripped.

Gwen glanced over at Grace as she responded to Will the quickest. She nodded slightly and looked back at Will. "this is a mess." she shrugged, "but they can't be REAL... I mean, it's not really possible, is it?" she stared hard at Jack and the other three women by him. What was happening? How had this day gone from just fine to totally bizarre? Was this REALLY Jack Sparrow? And if he really, truly was here then.... she stopped all thoughts. Where were the rest of the pirates? Barbossa, Elizabeth, Will.... Beckett! She blinked and pinched herself. Was she in a dream? She looked over at Teagan with a blank look on her face as she heard the other quote a Jack line.

Lord Beckett watched curiously as the two pirates fled. He didn't move and he certainly didn't put his pistol away, the room was still a complete mess. He looked over at Keyara, "no," he paused and thought about what they should do next. "I don't believe going in would be the best at the moment." he looked over at the vortex and bit his lower lip. Where did that thing lead?
(hmmm, somehow Beckett and Keyara are gonna have to get dragged in or something...  I'm not sure...)

Carmon stared, wide-eyed at Jack and Mary Ann. "what happened?" she asked. Things were going far to fast. She couldn't keep up with anything anymore. But at lesat she wasn't alone. Jack and Mary Ann were here now, even if they weren't quite the ones she wanted to see, at least they were from her world. She looked over at the girls. "what are you doing? Why don't you help him up?" she bent down by Alex and smiled at Jack. The poor guy had been knocked out and beat up.

Barbossa turned away from the sight of Davy Jones and the other woman and saw that Vari was still in the same condition. He limped over to where Lotty and Vari were. "where be Ms. Clarence?" he asked Charlotte.
Lotty pointed down the way Emma had gone. "she went for help," she said.
Barbossa grunted and nodded. He looked back down at Vari before bending over and picking her up. "We need to stick together." he began walking after in the direction Emma had taken. Lotty trailed along behind, still light-headed from the fall.

Emma slowed her pace as she got farther and farther away from the familiar faces of Vari, Lotty and Barbossa and more into the strange world they had entered. She whistfully glanced back before pressing on toward the people standing by the tree. She gasped when she noticed Jack and the three other woman by him. She broke out into a run. "Jack! Alex!" she called, a smile spreading across her face.

Cole slowed up as Edward did. He wondered what Ed was doing, and he gave him a look that pretty much said all he was thinking. Then he realized it was to make sure he was still there. He nodded at Ed and quickly looked back himself. His eyes grew wide as he saw the mob and he dashed ahead. He hardly had time to even think about their situation or what was happening. Before Cole knew what had happened, Edward was tripping in front of him. He didn't have time to check himself or hardly think at all before they were both falling.

Sam bit her lip as the pain in her shoulder increased and but couldn't help snorting: "Fool.. there's no such thing as hell. Why did ye make her shoot me anyway?"
James just frowned at Sam. He felt awkward being stuck here in this place, only God knew where that was, with a pirate. Pirates he'd hunted all his life. Was he about to let one die here in this place?
"That wasn't my intention." he answered quietly. "Can you stand up?" He took Sam's arm and with a gasp she got on her feet, leaning on him with all her weight.
Norrington had made up his mind. He was no Commodore anymore and he wouldn't let this woman die. Not in this world.
((Perhaps Ed and Cole could run into Sam and Norrie?  )) _________________
