(I'm cool with that. Could we maybe Start from 'A clear and presant danger'? For us brits who haven't seen past 'Cold Snap' might be easier so we're all on the same page.)

Other Skills: She's good at moving around undetected, very light on her feet. Awesome at sneaking up on people and hot-wiring things.

Weakness: Extreme noise like subway trains and jet engines throw off her power. She is also blind.
Hero or Villain: Hero
History: Born in Milwaukee, raised by her Native American father alone as her mother died giving birth to Kendra. Kendra's powers began to manifest a few months after her 18th birthday. The stronger her ability grew over time, her eyesight began to deteriorate until she became completely blind. But with this loss of sight her other senses became more and more enhanced and in certain times she can make out silhouettes of people, faces, things. Despite this, she is no pushover as her father instilled in her no fear and an inner strength that no disability could quash.
Other Skills: Became an excellent pick pocket over the years. _________________
