Lily sighed-Potions! She followed James, glncing at him a couple of times, until she decided t osay something.

"Potter?"

Sirius looked at James and Lupin, they asked him questions and he just shrugged in reply.
He coud tell this would annoy them both, but he just carried on with the suleness.
They were about to pester him again as Lily called out to James, taking this oportunity he walked into the potions room and took his seat.

James just moved but as he heard Lilly's voice, he froze on the spot. Without turning around he closed his eyes and remained silent. Suddenly, he started feeling very ill. Well, now when she made the first move he didn't know how to react. Of course, Lilly was never talking to him. So right now his grandest wish was comming true. But he couldn't hope for even bit normal conversation. He finally turned around on his heel and opened his already bloody eyes to look at her "Yes?"

"We need to talk. The ball is tomorrow..." her voice trailed off and she blushed.

James narrowed his eyes as he continued looking at her. Now he was truly confused. He didn't notice as she blushed so he simply expected another attack. He ran his hand trough his hair "I'm listening."

Lily frowned,

"I'm willing to ask you again, if you can explain me your situation...?"

This time she blushed so much, that you would have to be blind not to have noticed it.

Well, he did feel a bit ill when she spoke up but now he felt like heart attack will hit him. Not even that she was actually talking to him - she was asking him to go to the ball with her. He took a step backwards and took off his glasses. Quickly and nervously he rubbed them.
"I thought that Fiona has already explained that to you."

Fiona walked outside the cool breeze hitting her face, she sighed and made her way down to her lesson.

James put his glasses back and instantly remembered Fiona's face when she pushed him out of the way and the thing she said. He looked straight into Lilly's emerald eyes. Once again they hypnotized him but he knew that he has to shake it off. So he did.
"What do you want me to tell you? To confirm that I'm stupid git?" he said and took deep breath "I can do that. I was the one who kissed Fiona. And why? To make you jelaous. Well, I didn't suceed so I guess that is the end of my story." he said as his voice turned into a nothing but a mere whisper.

Lily smiled ever so slightly and said,"Well, I think you have sucseeded, becaus eyou certainly mad eme jealous..."

His eyes were still fixed on her face as she smiled. He blinked and put his glasses back on his face. Moving hair which fell on his face, he tilted his head a bit to a side. As he heard what she said he felt something new. Actually, did she just say... He couldn't believe. A small smile appeared on his face and he simply said "Really?"

Dani sat down on the grass and looked up at the sky again. She sighed. She wished that she hadn't been so stupid, that she could still talk to Sirius...but forget it - they were both too proud.

Lily blushed,"Yeah," she mumbled.

At this point smile on James' face went wide. Really he couldn't expect this could ever happen. The thing which he had to remember was - it wasn't over yet. He did mess up, and he never truly got out of that. Once again he ran nervous fingers trough his hair.
"I have to appologize. That was the only solution I could see in the moment. So..." he paused and then added whispering again "I'm sorry."
