Carter's eyes widened as she heard the sounds of battle in the hallway. "Sir, I reccommend we leave, now!" she called over the noise.

A thought struck her, and she turned back to the computer console. If there were Jaffa outside, then SG-1's presence was known. She checked the transporter system and groaned. They'd been taken offline. The SG teams were stranded on the Goa'uld ship.

Major Frank Hayward, following his men, tripped the last Jaffa as he ran by the doorway of the cell, grabbing the soldier's staff weapon and zat. Firing as he ran, he and Galen reached the other team members as they finished off the Jaffa.

Nathan and Jareth had both been hit. Dropping down beside them to examine their injuries, he muttered, "I did not order you to move out. We're going to have a chat about this once we get back. How's Dr. Summers?"

Nathan didn't look at Frank as he spoke. "I'm sorry sir. I thought it best to find SG-1, and to find the where abouts of Dr. Summers. She's right here. We can't tell if there's any interal bleeding, though she's getting better, so I doubt there is."

Hayward performed quick check of Margaret - pulse, reflex, pupil clarity. "We need to get her back to the SGC." He turned to Nathan. "Rub your leg - it'll help get the circulation going fully."

"Dang! Colonel, sir, the transporter is down!" Carter thumbed her radio. "Dad! Is there even the remotest possibility that you could ring us out of here?"

"Sorry, Sam. I'm under fire, I have to move out of range."

Nathan jabbed Jareth in the ribs. "the fault is equally placed." Nathan replied back. Then he stared at Jareth and whispered. "I'm not going to let you have all the pleasure of reciving a lecture from good ol' major."

Frank rolled his eyes, accustomed to the banter between the two. In tough situations, sometimes it was the only thing that could keep a team going. "But not right here. There'll probably be more Jaffa shooting at us in a few minutes."

Margaret looked at Frank. "I think I will be fine Sir, Daniel bandages my wounds and gave me medicine to ease the pain. I didn't say anything to them Sir. I tried to explain that I'm new and I don't know alot. I tried being resnable Sir." She blabbed, a habit she had when she felt she was in trouble and needed to explain herself. But now and then she glanced to Danny.
