Will trudged forward in the mud. His shoes were also getting stuck sometimes. Eventually after about a few strides, one of his shoes got stuck and his foot came out completely. "Bloody..." Will then proceeded to curse quite loudly. He bent over and tried to pull his shoe out of the mud.

Jack was a sight to see indeed. His dress was soggy and decortated in dripping black mud. His face was splattered with the wet dirt as well. His hair sopped to one side of his head, and his dark kohl under his eyes fell down his cheeks.
He cursed to himself, but quietly, for his curses were the ones ye would not want to hear, unless ye had to.

"This is madness!" Will screamed in anger. He finally freed his muddy shoe and placed it back onto his foot. He continued to slip and slop through the muddy road, until as last, he arrived outside of the governor's home. The gate was shut and it looked as if the ball had been moved inside since the rain began.

The wet figure of Jack tottered it's way to stand next to Will. Jack peered through the bars squinting in the pouring rain. "...fancy that...we're late...now to take off this bloody corset and head back..." He started fingering his waiste thinking of a way to take the thing off without Will's help.

"NO, don't touch it Jack! Not yet! Remember, you cannot get into the ball because you were not invited. You still have to remain a woman at the moment until we get inside. Play the part." Will ordered Jack around with a sense of arrogance....this was because Will was proud of his idea to disguise Jack.
Will pushed open the gate and ran to the grand entrace. The solid large wood door stood in front of him and a large black knocker hung in the center. Will pulled on it and knocked 3 times. His lips began to shiver in the cold.

[Back... Sorry I seemed to have forgotten ^^" please dont hit -laughs-]
[shall have to come up with something now...]
Away down the path to the govonours house, laughter could be heard. A young man, and a slightly drunk looking Devina walked up slowly, he with his arm around her, and lookinmg rather pleased with himself.
Devinas eyes seemed unfocused everytime he glanced down at her, but she had spotted the figures up at the door, and each time he glanced away, the cleared sharply.
She had her gown on again, and seemed to having sometrouble walking in it. The man balanced her carefully, and reached out to Will, to shake his hand "Sir..."
In the meanwhile, Jones' emerald eyes bored into the dirty woman in the frock.

Jack rolled his eyes at Will and turned his head around only to catch someone walking up to him. He immediately flipped out the yellow muddy fan and pulled it up over most of his face.
He suddenly went quiet and didn't make eye contact with Devina.

Will turned to face the man, but he was already in an awful mood so his statement to the man was quite rude. "Do I know you? Can't you see I'm busy!" He then turned back around and knocked 2 more times but very forcefully.
He then eyeballed the woman and man that were standing there and grabbed Jack by the arm and pulled him up to the door. "Come Odette, we don't need to speak to commoners." Will turned his nose up in a snobby way, hoping that his acting would trick the strangers.

"Please monsiure [sp?], " the m,an said in heavily accented french " This woman is no commoner, as you say..." he trailed off, fumbling for the english words, and pulling the woman up the steps with him.
Devina slyly raised the hand that she had draped around the mans waist and waved at Jack, eyes alight with mirth at his new attire.

Elizabeth finally opened the door and smiled upon seeing Wil. "Will! It's so good to see you!" She then laid eyes on Jack. "And what are you up to now, Jack Sparrow?" Elizabeth questioned fiercely. "I won't have you ruin my father's ball."

Jack eyed Devina strangely as she just simply waved at him. He gave her a funny look and raised an eyebrow. He grunted to himself as the corset seemed to tighten as he grew tense, "Will...I want to go...now." he said this with clenched teeth as he nudged Will in his side.

Devina grunted, leaning suddenly sideways, so the young man was forced to turn his attentions to her, in case she 'fell'.
"Welll who else?" Jones' mouthed, silent mirth wracking he body with shudders.

Will smiled as Elizabeth opened the door. "Mrs. Swan, I..." but Will never continued for his attention was directed to the french man and 2 women that were now standing quite close to him and Jack. Will looked around nervously and then suddenly pulled Jack quickly into the house pushing Elizabeth aside.

Suddenly, Jack was yanked through the door. His purple shoe caught on the doorstep which made him stumble into the house in a not so lady like way.

Will felt Jack stumble in the doorwary but that did not stop him from dashing up the stairs like a mad man. "Run Odette! RUN!"
