Kithsytha smiled at the girl, but then looked at Galatia. She didn't know what she would think, or if she wanted to speak with Kithsytha alone about this or what. So, Kithsytha didn't speak...just yet.

Galitaia looked back over her shoulder and smiled at the girl, "You are more then welcome here. Any two leg is. Your father would have know that if he bleieved the old tails." She stoppd and seemed to recite from memory, "Long ago an agreemant was made, to be forever honered by centars and two leg. Two legs are welcome upon this land, to stay with us as long as they wish, but should they ever try to harm us the agreement would become void. Because you stood on our side as a representitive of your kind that agreement still stands." She smiled at the girl and said, "Be welcome in my home child. You may stay as long as you like."

Meriana smiled and thanked Galatia. she touched a huge bump on her head and winced.

Mark stumbled into his house and his wife (maryann) ran to him she touched the bruise that looked like a hoof on his face. "honey what happend?"
Mark pushed maryann out of the way. "i'm fine."
Maryann relized that she forgot to tell him that Meriana was gone. "honey Meriana is gone!"
Mark growled. "i know.....she's in the woods with those creatures.
Maryann gasped. "why didn't you bring her back!"
she has choosen to stay with them....."

Maddie was in the other room and heard what her parents were saying. she could hardly believe it...

Galitaia poured three cups of tea and put some sleeping herbs in one. She handed that cup to Meriana and said, "I put some hurbs in it that will make you sleepy, but that is only because sleep is what you need most right now." She then turned and handed another cup to Kithsytha, "You are welcom to stay with me as well, sence you don't have a home of your own yet." She took the last cup for herself and smiled.

Kithsytha smiled at Galitaia and whispered, after taking a sip of her tea and as Meriana feel asleep. "I must thank you for the tea and the invite to your home. But I decline to staying here. I am used to sleeping under the stars, but I'd like to sleep near your home, if that's alright." She took another sip before going on. "I also must apologize. I hit the man named Mark against your orders. I was just so angry...I'm sorry I did that...I know I shouldn't've."

Miyrietta trotted back toward her hut but stubbled since she had a huge gash out of her side from a farmers pitchfork she suddenly became unconsious in the forest

Galitaia hear something fall just outside her cabin and stood to check. She found her friend severly wounded and uncontious lieing on her doorstep. "Oh dear!." She turned and gathered what she needed and turned to Kithsytha, "Uummm the oldone should be in the medow with my father, if you could go get her I would be very grateful to you." She then turned and left the cabin to tend to her friend. She was able to stop the bleeding, but the wound was deep.

Miyrietta saw her mother dying while in her house she saw herself in the corner of her hut and saw her father in the battle between man and centar she looked out the window and saw fire ablaze outside and saw her friends and family screaming;saw mothers and fathers being torn away from their children and children being torn away from their parents seeing elder centars being slaughtered with the cruel humans' torches and pitchforks


after seeing so many terrible things Miyrietta awoke and saw Galatia tending to her wounds she winced in pain as the cut in her side was tended to .

"Easy now." Galitaia said as she applied steady pressure to the wound. After a while she realeased the pressure. "Good the bleeding stopped." She looked at Miyrietta and said, "The old one will be hear in a moment, don't fret, everything's going to be fine."
